	　　知名咖啡烘培連鎖品牌85度C自2010年10月登陸福州以來，已經陸續在福建地區開設了29家門店，門店遍及福州、廈門、泉州、漳州、蒲田、福清、長樂、平潭、石獅等城市。</p>

	　　一個晴朗的下午，在85度C泉州大洋店的籌備現場，記者採訪了85C華南市場開發處的經理吳振松，請他談談目前85度C在福建的發展狀況，並就一些目前85度C面臨的問題交流了意見。</p>
<p>
	　　記者：&ldquo;首先請你談談85度C今年的開店計劃。&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　吳先生：&ldquo;今年85度C計劃在福建再開設20家門店，這個計劃是比原計劃有所放慢，主要還是將對福州、廈門等已經成熟的市場做深入挖潛，穩定市場，鞏固發展&rdquo;。</p>
<p>
	　　吳先生：&ldquo;我們是2010年進入的福建市場，首先在福州的省府路開設了第一家門店，一經推出就受到了市場的歡迎，這也促使我們開始大舉在福建拓展市場。然而，最近出現的一些事件卻迫使我們不得不放慢發展的腳步，冷靜的思考如何完善我們的管理上來。&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　記者：&ldquo;能具體說明一下嗎？&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　吳先生：&ldquo;我們2011年5月將所有福建省的門店合併成立了八十五度（福州）餐飲管理有限公司，2012年3月位於廈門火炬園區的8000平米中央工廠也投入使用，公司進入高速發展期。這時對人員的需求大增，但是對員工的培養和門店的管理就有些跟不上了。因此，我們覺得有必要犧牲一些發展的速度，把服務和食品安全管理做上去，不能讓消費者好不容易對我們建立的好感白白流失。&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　記者：&ldquo;我看到有些網上確實有一些關於你們的負面信息，對此你們怎麼看。&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　吳先生：&ldquo;首先，還是感謝媒體和消費者對我們的關注，我們也認真的對媒體或消費者提到的每一件事情認真去核實，不管事情是否屬實，我們都有必要足夠的重視。此外，我們也會積極參與一些社會公益活動，積極提升自己的形象。比如，五月初，你目前看到的這家店預計就要開業，我們計劃做一個&ldquo;母愛真偉大&rdquo;的母親節主題活動。到時候也希望你們來參加。我在此首先強調，我們不做秀，僅僅只是希望爲當地的消費者做一些實事。&rdquo;</p>

	　　85度C作爲臺灣家喻戶曉的以麪包、咖啡、烘焙爲主的連鎖店，已成爲數量最多、營業額最大的咖啡蛋糕連鎖企業，其連鎖店已遍及中國、美國、澳洲等國家。自07年底進駐中國大陸以來，以其五星級的品質與平民化的價格，贏得了越來越多消費者的青睞。目前，85度C在上海、杭州、南京、北京、天津、福州、深圳等大城市均設有連鎖店，連鎖店的數量已突破了380家，在絕大部分連鎖店提供24小時經營與外送服務。</p>

	　　而現場烘培，麪糰僅當天使用，隔日報廢的品質理念，以及每月保證十餘種新品上市的創新研發能力，也使其在一經上市就獲得好評。</p>
