一杯一念一世界</p>
<p>
Pacific Coffee的品牌概念啓發自港人的拼勁精神，其創辦人當年由西雅圖遠赴香港，體會到香港人營營役役的爲生活奔波而有所感悟，希望通過創辦一家咖啡店爲香港人於忙碌鬧市中提供一個喘息空間，用香濃的咖啡爲充滿幹勁的香港人打氣。</p>
<p>
終於，在1992年，首家Pacific Coffee誕生於香港中環的美國銀行中心。之後，Pacific Coffee將觸角伸至北京和上海、香港和新加坡，尤其以香港最多，約近70間分店，包括進駐香港大學及香港英國文化協會校院內的分店。除經營零售店鋪外，贏商網太平洋咖啡還從事咖啡機和咖啡豆的批發。</p>
<p>
2005年4月太平洋咖啡被香港其士國際集團旗下上市公司其士科技（2007年更名爲“其士泛亞”），以2.05億元收購。</p>
<p>
2010年6月，華潤創業有限公司與其士合作，收購Pacific Coffee80%股權，太平洋咖啡自此成爲全球500強企業華潤集團旗下華潤萬家的咖啡連鎖品牌。2013年4月16日爲止，Pacific Coffee全球分店數量已超297間。而在中國內地，已經進入主要一二線城市，在24個城市中運營超過150家咖啡連鎖店。</p>
<p>
一杯一念一世界，是太平洋咖啡的品牌口號。一杯，就是爲客人衝調每一杯香濃的咖啡飲料；一念，即是透過每天在黑板寫上的名言金句讓顧客有所啓發；一世界，是希望顧客能在太平洋咖啡店內有一個屬於自己的小世界。作爲一箇中西方文化融合充滿書卷氣的咖啡連鎖品牌，太平洋咖啡一直提倡慢生活。</p>

凝聚擁躉出太卡</p>
<p>
Pacific Coffee正在讓越來越多的咖啡店出現在大家視野中。其店鋪分佈以商業區爲主，爲白領以及專業人士提供商業會面以及繁忙工作中放鬆的空間。</p>
<p>
Pacific Coffee認爲，人在節奏緊湊的商務中會有迷失的時候，因此，他們每天會在店鋪的黑板上分享一個“Thought for the day”（心靈點子），或是名人的至理名言，或是大衆的智能分享，用文字的力量洗滌慰藉顧客的心靈。</p>
<p>
就是以上的一點一滴，讓擁有20年發展歷史的太平洋咖啡，於2011年在香港《信報》的一項讀者調查之中，被選爲他們心目中“最喜愛的連鎖式咖啡店”。</p>
<p>
太平洋咖啡將自身定位鎖定在“文化及商務一族的首選”，並不斷努力以加深顧客對品牌的認知度、信任度。</p>
<p>
強化對飲品及食品品質以至對客服務的監控，保持咖啡品質及服務品質，這也是Pacific Coffee 20年來一直堅持的。在此過程中，他們注重推出緊貼飲食潮流以及客戶喜好的產品，目前，消費者越來越注重健康以及公平貿易產品，太平洋咖啡便推出咖瑪素娜（Crema Scura）及雲南香格里拉咖啡豆。</p>
<p>
咖啡素娜是太平洋咖啡獨家推出的產品，最考究之處在於咖啡豆既是有機產品，也同時擁有公平貿易認證，這在市場上是比較罕見和特別的，推出至今一直反應不錯。</p>
<p>
此外，吸收了香港經驗，Pacific Coffee通過建立會員制度以增加忠實顧客，3月份正式推出太卡（The Perfect Cup Card），以電子儲值卡爲載體的全新會員卡，取代以往在店內消費之蓋章卡，兼有電子儲值和會員積分雙重功效。通過對店面終端機系統的更新升級，太卡會員可以用此卡直接購買咖啡飲品或店內其它商品，體驗更快捷無礙的消費。</p>
<p>
作爲太平洋咖啡顧客關係管理的核心，太卡的推廣及使用可以進一步凝聚太平洋咖啡的擁躉。目前太卡在中國內地分爲東、南、西、北四區分別使用。會員每次使用消費均可存取積分，所得積分可作現金於所在區域各家門店消費。<br />
