	<span style="font-size:20px;">　　做爲全世界喝咖啡最頻繁的人，意大利人喝的節奏也和別人不同。意大利的咖啡館總是從早開到晚，而且全天都不會有冷清的時候。人們喜歡在咖啡館裏喝濃縮咖啡，而espresso其實是一句意大利語，大意可以理解爲&ldquo;快速的&rdquo;，所以這種咖啡做得快也喝得快，通常放在小杯子裏，三兩口就可以喝完。而意大利人通常要求在25秒內喝完一杯濃縮咖啡，因爲在他們看來，一杯咖啡的精華保質期只有25秒，過了精華就會揮發，所以要快喝。</span></div>
