近年國內連鎖咖啡店規模不斷擴大，競爭也漸漸加劇。目前，咖啡巨頭星巴克已擁有700家門店，而太平洋咖啡今年底門店達到250家。</p>

據悉，今年是麥當勞進入廣佛市場的20週年，“在廣佛市場，50%的麥當勞有‘麥咖啡’。”廣東三元麥當勞食品有限公司廣佛市場總經理鍾軍表示，廣佛地區“麥咖啡”開店數目超過100家，這也是中國內地門店最多的市場，比上海、北京都要多。而在今年底，麥咖啡的數量將會增加至130家。</p>

從2012年，麥咖啡進入中國市場至今，在全國24個城市門店有516家，預計到2013年底，“麥咖啡”將超過750家，增幅達45%。<br />

鍾軍表示，目前“麥咖啡”絕大部分仍和麥當勞餐廳同步開設。資料顯示，麥當勞在華餐廳超過1700家，預計今年內將增至2000家。</p>
<p>
麥咖啡被認爲是麥當勞在中國市場的殺手鐧。</p>
<p>
麥當勞對手百勝旗下肯德基、必勝客在中國市場快速擴張，目前百勝在中國擁有超過5400多家肯德基、必勝客和其他品牌連鎖餐廳。而單是肯德基門店已突破4000家，是麥當勞的兩倍多。</p>
<p>
面對肯德基的快速擴張，麥當勞除了加快門店的速度，也將在其他市場市場如魚得水的 “麥咖啡”品牌引入中國，且開業速度遠超預期。</p>
<p>
睿霖諮詢高級研究員陳偌認爲，麥當勞開展麥咖啡業務，也可以拓寬產品種類，加大與肯德基的競爭籌碼。同時，由於麥當勞擁有衆多年輕消費者，這類消費者對咖啡的需求非常高，因此開展麥咖啡業務不僅能更好地留住老顧客，也將帶來更多的新顧客。</p>
<p>
藉助麥當勞渠道擴張</p>
<p>
在國內的咖啡市場，星巴克無疑搶佔先機。自1999年進入中國市場以來，星巴克只用了14年的時間，門店就突破了700家。按照星巴克的計劃，2013財年新開300家門店，到2015年，店鋪數擴張至1500家。</p>
<p>
而麥當勞正是看中了麥當勞看中了咖啡市場。雖然進入的時間比星巴克晚很多，但是麥咖啡也在開店速度上進行賽跑，根據規劃，至今年底，麥咖啡店鋪數將增至750家。</p>
<p>
值得關注的是，麥咖啡在廣佛市場上的數量已經趕超星巴克，成爲在廣佛擁有店鋪數最多的咖啡店。</p>
<p>
而另一個咖啡品牌“太平洋咖啡”雖然在2011才進入內地，比麥咖啡還晚，但是門店數量也快速增長。去年9月，太平洋咖啡在內地門店突破100家，目前，已擁有160家門店，計劃今年要達到250家門店，相當於一年要開90家門店。</p>
<p>
太平洋咖啡在內地的發展速度如此之快，也是藉助了華潤集團雄厚的渠道優勢。而太平洋咖啡CEO湯國江也坦言，華潤創業是太平洋咖啡的強大後盾，其多年來積累的對零售的認知對太平洋咖啡瞭解國內的零售環境有很大幫助。</p>
<p>
與太平洋咖啡一樣，麥咖啡也是藉助麥當勞的渠道優勢進行拓展，“麥咖啡”絕大部分和麥當勞餐廳同步開設，利用麥當勞的快速擴張，無疑是麥咖啡的優勢。</p>
