咖啡主要的處理法有分三大類:日曬、水洗、<a href="https://www.gafei.com/kafeizhuangyuan/20171206112993.html">蜜處理</a>。日曬法是在去除外殼及果膠層前直接曝曬咖啡櫻桃;水洗法是在曝曬前將咖啡果肉篩除,並用發酵來去除果膠層;蜜處理法則是介於日曬法及水洗法:將咖啡果肉篩除後直接保留果膠層並曝曬。</div>
