	　　星巴克、太平洋、85度C&hellip;&hellip;青島人品咖啡的口味越來越國際化。正是看好這一市場，全球五大咖啡連鎖品牌之一的英國COSTA咖啡，近日在島城五四廣場優雅開幕。華聯咖世家（北京）餐飲管理有限公司區域經理趙軍輝告訴記者：&ldquo;中國內地的咖啡市場正處於上升態勢，雖然目前青島市場主要被星巴克、太平洋咖啡所包圍，COSTA要通過自己獨有的咖啡品質和消費環境帶給島城消費者另一番消費體驗，並計劃三年內在青島開出10家店。&rdquo;</p>

	品牌紛爭COSTA看好青島市場</p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;中國內地的咖啡市場正處於上升區間。&rdquo;業內人士表示。幾年前，星巴克在陽光百貨率先開出青島第一家咖啡門店，在島城初試牛刀，便深受消費者的喜愛。經過幾年的沉澱，青島的咖啡市場也在2011年進入蓬勃發展期，太平洋咖啡一年之內已在青島和煙臺共開出了9家門店。今年7月臺灣咖啡品牌85度C在青島同時開業兩家店。</p>
<p>
	　　與中國市場的先行拓展者星巴克所代表的美國咖啡文化不同，COAST咖啡源自意大利風格，並帶有濃重的歐洲貴族氣息，因此定位略高於星巴克。此外，COAST咖啡與星巴克等咖啡連鎖品牌所倡導的&ldquo;全球連鎖標準化&rdquo;不同，COAST針對不同國家和地區的咖啡風格以及當地的口味和審美做咖啡，因地制宜，其服務更加人性化。據趙軍輝透露，未來幾年內，COAST咖啡將在中國至少開300家店鋪。山東地區，COAST選擇青島作爲進軍山東的第一站，看準的是島城市民的時尚敏感度，接受新事物的能力，以及其中蘊藏的巨大消費潛力。2013年，COAST還將在濟南開設新店，預計兩市店鋪會達十多家，在此基礎上COAST咖啡還會向煙臺、威海等城市拓展。</p>

	　　定義格調打造都市咖啡文化</p>
<p>
	　　記者在COAST咖啡店看到，店內以&ldquo;沉穩&rdquo;的紅色爲主打，一進門就讓人有種暖暖的感覺。禮貌得體的服務員會恰到好處地將消費者引到想要的位置，點上一杯濃郁飄香的飲品，此時的您就可以將自己&ldquo;埋&rdquo;進COAST咖啡店專有的寬大舒適的沙發內，慢慢品味着難得的愜意！當然，還有製作過程所產生的咖啡的香氣、打奶沫的嘶嘶蒸汽聲、調製器具的碰撞聲等都是難以複製的優雅。坐在窗邊，看看風景，和朋友聊聊心事，在幸福的下午茶時光慵懶地享受一杯香醇的咖啡，是相當愜意的美事一樁。</p>

	　　據瞭解，COAST咖啡擁有超過30年的意大利傳統，完美和優質的咖啡工藝。所採用的咖啡豆是從南美、東非、亞洲等九個盛產咖啡豆的國家進口，按特有比例配比而成，所有COAST咖啡的咖啡豆都以低溫緩緩烘焙22分鐘。這種方式烘焙出來的咖啡豆比起一般方式烘焙的咖啡豆更能釋放出咖啡的天然芳香，口感也更爲醇和。在所有的COAST咖啡專賣店，都擁有自己專業的咖啡師，接受過COAST咖啡的意式專業培訓，在現場會看到咖啡師以意式熱情泡製純正的意式咖啡。</p>

	　　COAST咖啡品牌歷史</p>
<p>
	　　在1971年，一對意大利兄弟Ser?gio Coast咖啡和Bruno Coast咖啡開始成立了咖啡豆批發業務，向餐飲業和意大利咖啡專賣店提供已烘焙過的咖啡豆。憑藉他們的意大利背景和Sergio在意大利帕爾馬市（Parma）學到的混配和烘焙咖啡豆的經驗,Coast咖啡兄弟逐步建立了他們獨特的烘焙咖啡豆的風格。他們將咖啡豆經過低溫緩慢的烘焙，使製成的咖啡味道更香濃，口感不苦澀。Coast咖啡兄弟更將Arabica與Robusta咖啡豆以6：1的比例混配，研發出只有Coast咖啡纔有的口味獨特的意大利濃咖啡（espresso）。無論是這種獨特的咖啡豆烘焙方式，還是那特別混配的獨有咖啡配方Mocha Italia都一直沿用至今，成爲了Coast咖啡業務的中流砥柱。</p>
