	　　二十八歲被告楊偉雄，多年來在美心集團屬下的星巴克咖啡店工作，因生活過分揮霍欠下十多萬元債項，自2010年至今年五月，在中環歷山大廈的分店上班時，趁無人留意收取客人款項卻不打單，又或減少單據上款項，然後將金錢袋袋平安。事件一直未被揭發，直至早前有匿名電話向咖啡店舉報，才發現被告偷竊金錢。</div>

	　　被告接受警方盤問時承認兩年共偷了約七十二萬元，但由於星巴克咖啡店未能點算準確失款數字，故控方以每月二萬元來計算，兩年即四十八萬。</div>

	　　法官判案時指出，從被告犯案手法，顯示咖啡店毫無覈對或查證系統，以確保員工不受金錢引誘，被告在該店工作多年，清楚知道偷取款項絕無風險，結果被告持續兩年不斷盜公款，明顯是典型的違反誠信案件，根據上訴庭指引量刑起點爲二至三年監禁，考慮被告坦白認罪，乃判被告入獄十八個月。</div>
