十多年前，時裝設計師 Roberto Cavalli 改裝佛羅倫斯歷史悠久的咖啡廳 Caffè Giacosa。最近，在精品集團 LVMH 買下米蘭甜點名店 Cova 後，Prada 也買下米蘭近兩百年曆史的咖啡店 Marchesi。接連發生的購併事件，代表的意義是什麼？</div>

Food & Wine 報道，2008 年發生全球金融海嘯時，多虧當地精品業，意大利的名勝古蹟才得以修復完成；Tod’s 資助羅馬競技場的整修費用，Diesel 則幫助修復威尼斯的裏阿爾託橋。如今，這些精品業者將目光放在咖啡館上，在傳承悠久歷史的同時，注入自家品牌的美學與新意。</div>

2015 年，世博會在米蘭舉行。好巧不巧，同年 Prada 改建米蘭郊區的釀酒廠，成立 Prada 藝術基金會 （Fondazione Prada），抓住了世博遊客的目光。基金會里的咖啡店 Bar Luce 由美國導演 Wes Anderson 設計，室內鮮明玩味的設計，給人走進電影布達佩斯大飯店場景的錯覺。</div>

擁有近兩百年曆史的咖啡店 Marchesi，於 2014 年被 Prada 買下重新改裝。在這裏，你可以看到年輕帥氣的服務生託著精巧的水果塔或一系列的迷你甜點、自制手工杏桃果醬、一罐罐異國風十足的茶葉，還有大膽搶眼的室內設計。既輝映歷史的古典美，卻又大膽充滿未來感。</div>

自 2001 年 Roberto Cavalli 在家鄉佛羅倫斯蓋了旗艦店，便將隔壁的咖啡店 Caffè Giacosa 也買了下來。兩百年來，Caffè Giacosa 一直是當地上流人士聚集的地方，在 Roberto Cavalli 的改造之下，除了修復裝潢、酒單多了自有品牌的葡萄酒外，餐點上仍保留經典菜色如火腿莫札瑞拉佛卡夏。</div>

去年來臺展店的米蘭甜點店 Cova，其實已有近兩百年曆史。雖後來由 LVMH 集團接手，但仍保留了古典美學，像是服務生穿燕尾服的規定、飲品仍用精美的瓷器盛裝、奶油酥皮點心及榛果巧克力仍是最受歡迎的餐點。</div>
