	在澳大利亞和新西蘭有一款咖啡非常受歡迎，可能有咖啡愛好者會猜是前街咖啡隱藏菜單裏的「馥芮白」-澳白咖啡，其實不然，這款咖啡是與澳白咖啡截然相反的咖啡----澳黑咖啡，這種咖啡不加入牛奶，但又沒有特濃咖啡那麼的濃烈。而據前街咖啡瞭解它之所以受歡迎是因爲它沒有像特濃咖啡味道那麼強烈，又沒有美式黑咖啡那麼多的咖啡因。簡單的說，它最大限度保留了意式咖啡應有的風味，又含有極低的咖啡因，因此在國外十分受歡迎。<br/>

	Lungo咖啡是什麼？</strong><br/>

	就如前街咖啡上文所說Lungo與Ristretto一樣，都是Espresso的衍生物，也就是從意式濃縮上進行調整而成的。Lungo在意大利語是“長，擴展”的意思。其原理在於在正常萃取Espresso的基礎上延長萃取時間以達到更多的咖啡液。<br/>

	&nbsp;<br/><strong>如何製作Lungo咖啡？</strong><br/>
	&nbsp;<br/>
	也正因爲Lungo是Espresso的衍生物，所以Lungo是對Espresso相對而言的，並沒有準確的數據（每家咖啡館的Espresso參數都略有不同），而在國外，Lungo也沒有明確的比例定義，它只是代表是一個延長萃取Espresso的代名詞，至於延長多少，每一家咖啡館的看法也同樣存在差異。<br/>

	以前街咖啡出品的Espresso爲例：使用前街咖啡是向日葵暖陽拼配咖啡豆，以20克粉萃取出40克濃縮咖啡液，萃取時間爲28秒。<br/>

	前街咖啡萃取後得到的Lungo咖啡看起來與美式咖啡、澳黑咖啡類似，之前我們也談及過美式咖啡與澳黑咖啡的基本區別在於兌水量，澳黑咖啡兌更少的水，以至於口感更加濃郁。而澳黑咖啡（Long Black）與隆戈咖啡（Lungo）的容量相似，表面都是覆蓋着豐富的油脂，不過由於澳黑咖啡是把濃縮咖啡倒在水上面，而濃縮咖啡的油脂比隆戈咖啡更豐富，因而顯示在澳黑咖啡上的油脂會更深色。<br/>
