臨滄市具有低緯度、高海拔、熱帶亞熱帶氣候、降水充沛、偏酸性土壤、無霜區域廣等條件，是種植咖啡的最佳區域之一。近年來，臨滄市加大咖啡產業發展力度，目前已種植咖啡55.42萬畝，成爲雲南第二大咖啡種植區，並榮獲“中國臨滄精品咖啡都示範區”稱號。</p>
<p>
作爲臨滄市最大的咖啡企業，凌豐咖啡通過近5年的努力完成咖啡種植面積23萬畝。凌豐咖啡董事長楊志奇介紹，爲實現咖啡產品質量可追溯，從咖啡規劃種植開始，對咖啡種植區域的海拔、品種、種植時間、管護情況、生產加工，全程建立完備的檔案，建立從種子到田間、從田間到杯子的質量可追溯體系，實行質量可追溯，讓消費者放心消費臨滄咖啡。</p>
<p>
“公司正在建立一套‘生產有記錄、信息可查詢、流向可跟蹤、責任可追究、產品可召回’的咖啡產品質量可追溯體系。目前，凌豐咖啡公司已經完成咖啡種植園的普查登記工作。”楊志奇說。</p>
<p>
楊志奇說，公司正按照每1000畝左右咖啡園規劃建設一座背壓式熱風輔助穿透乾燥法加工精品咖啡豆的加工廠，堅持分類採摘，統一標準、統一技術、統一規範，分類集中加工，確保當天採收的咖啡鮮果當天加工，這樣咖啡豆的質量就能得到保障。</p>
