集結幾十甚至上百股東，每人最低只要出資2000元，就能開個咖啡館？</p>
<p>
2012年8月25日，媒體報道《50人合開一家店，這事靠譜嗎？》，激起巨大反響。報道刊發2天后，就有370多人有意向成爲股東。但在叫好聲不斷的同時，也引發質疑：這樣的咖啡店能開起來嗎？開起來後又能生存多久？ </p>
<p>
奇遇雪球越滾越大，股東累積到110個</p>
<p>
9個月後的今天，第一個問題有了答案：110個股東集結成的杭州第一家很多人咖啡館——“聚咖啡”5月26日開業了！</p>
<p>
前兩天的經營情況還不錯，但首任董事長李想並沒有鬆一口氣，他們要想努力顛覆“三個和尚沒水喝”的模式，讓“聚咖啡”走得更遠。</p>
<p>
歷經9個月，很多人咖啡館終於在衆人的期盼中開張了。但在咖啡館遍地開花的杭州，它能生存下來嗎？</p>
<p>
昨天下午，記者走訪了幾家杭城的咖啡館，多數經營者都不看好這一模式。</p>
<p>
“很多人合開的咖啡館或許會在短期內成爲吸引點，但就長期經營來看，客人更在意味道、價格、環境、服務。”已在杭州咖啡業做了七八年店長的徐先生說，咖啡店並不是一個盈利的好項目。正常來說，3年裏能保本就不錯了，能否收回投入還不好說。</p>
<p>
而在徐先生看來，多股東也是把雙刃劍。“也許會給咖啡店帶來人氣，但也很有可能會讓咖啡店成爲110個人自娛自樂的地方。”</p>
<p>
武林商圈某連鎖咖啡店的店長Lily也坦言，在房租、薪資、原材料“三高”的情況下，咖啡店想要盈利非常困難。“我們店已經開了4年了，只有短暫盈利，目前還在虧損狀態。有些咖啡店一年要換好幾個招牌。”</p>
<p>
對於“聚咖啡”的未來，Lily也有些擔憂。“我們是連鎖店，公司會用盈利的店去填補虧損的店。但像聚咖啡，如果長期虧損就只能由股東再補錢進去。虧損時間長了，股東肯定會有意見。”</p>
<p>
而和六七個朋友合開了幾家咖啡店的昊陽(化名)則對“聚咖啡”的前景表示樂觀。“多少股東不重要，只要大家齊心，分工明確，各自做好份內事就行。”</p>
<p>
波折生存OR追夢？發起人在公司成立前夕退出團隊</p>
<p>
不過，也有人退出這個團隊，其中就有兩個最初發起人，比如董事會選舉中得票最高的陸奇恩。</p>
<p>
“初估50人的會議來了100多人。但因我們沒有準備好比較成熟的團隊和計劃，會議效率特別低。”退出後轉而籌備個人咖啡館的陸奇恩還清楚地記得當時的情形。</p>
<p>
吸取經驗後，9月23日召開了第二次股東大會。在陸奇恩的建議下，股東們初步確定要做杭州第一家電影主題的文藝咖啡館，接着選出了董事會和監事會，通過了章程。</p>
<p>
不過，兩位曾有咖啡店經營經驗的股東加入後，也帶來“咖啡館可以偏藝術化，但要生存必須得商業”的觀點。</p>
<p>
是走商業運作路線還是走文藝路線？曾經一派和諧的股東們，出現了巨大分歧。“股東們爭論是常有的事，但爭完還能一起去喫宵夜。吵得最激烈的時候，我直接把桌子掀了。”來兼亦說。</p>
<p>
“如果每天的經營成本是2000元，有公司願意出2300元包場辦年會，而另一個樂隊也想來演出，但只能出1700元。如果是一家文藝的咖啡館，就會選擇後者。我相信這個選擇會爲咖啡館帶來口碑。”陸奇恩用這個例子來表明自己的觀點。</p>
<p>
而李想心裏卻有另一本賬。“若前期經營不善，資金鍊一旦出現缺口，就需要下一輪集資。這容易磨滅股東對咖啡館的信心，也事關咖啡館的生存。”李想說，商業並不意味着拒絕文藝。企業一旦在市場內運作，就必須去適應市場競爭。“如果公司和樂隊同時想要包場，如果開的價格都高於經營成本，我願意選擇樂隊。如果一個開價高於成本，一個開價低於成本，那我一定會選擇前者。”</p>
<p>
2013年1月2日，董事會又緊急組織了一次股東大會，陸奇恩等十幾位股東選擇退出。</p>
<p>
1月13日，公司成功註冊。4個月的裝修籌備後，杭州的第一家很多人咖啡館“聚咖啡”在黃龍雅苑開張了。</p>
<p>
而記者也瞭解到，退出的十幾位股東正在籌備另一家很多人咖啡館。或在不久的將來，因爲理念差異，杭州或將出現多家“很多人的咖啡館”。<br />
