我們常見咖啡品種有三種:阿拉比卡、羅布斯塔和利比力亞,中國農業部將三個品種按照果粒大小分爲:小粒、中粒和大粒。大粒原產地在利比力亞,分佈廣,質量較差;中粒原產地中非,主要用於速溶咖啡製作;小粒最初種植於喀麥隆和幾內亞高原,後引入拉丁美洲和亞洲,也是最良品種<br />
