雖然喜歡拉花,但是一直做不好,非常想做好,但又找不到時間,假期這一個多星期,每天“浪費”幾包牛奶,突然發現拉花進步了些許,顯得細膩了很多。其實,一個好的拉花並不等於一杯口味香氣俱佳的咖啡,拉花只是咖啡的點綴,好的拉花能夠讓咖啡更加賞心悅目,沒有了拉花,咖啡依舊可以是一杯好的咖啡,但是缺少了優質咖啡的拉花,就像咖啡缺少了魂,再美麗細膩的拉花,也僅僅是拉花而已。曾經在一些小店,看到一些咖啡師,他們只注重自己杯中的拉花,是不是細膩、是不是輪廓分明,是不是這,是不是那,但是他們卻忘了一點,有了咖啡,拉花纔是拉花,缺少了咖啡,那拉花等於什麼都不是……</p>
