高身的杯子與厚厚的奶泡是完美的配合。使用高身的杯子,可使你有足夠的時間作融合。充分的融合能使咖啡更好喝,亦能使拉花時成形加強,造成清晰的拉花圖桉。但先決條件是奶泡要夠,有一些人會於成形前只往杯中倒入熱奶而將奶泡保留到最後作拉花用,這是不正確的,Crema被衝散,而且奶泡同咖啡不可以融合,不好喝啊。</p>

矮身方底杯</p>
<p>
方底的杯子,底部面積會比較大,那會形成兩個現象,</p>
<p>
Crema比較薄,</p>
<p>
倒入奶泡時容易造成亂流。</p>
<p>
所以一般都會將杯子打斜,於舖好奶泡後再逐漸將杯子放平進行拉花的動作(打斜杯子還有另一個作用,留心一下以後的章節,細心的你必會找到)</p>

矮身圓底杯</p>
<p>
這是會比較容易掌握的一種,拉花圖桉比較容易出現,但由於杯身較矮,拉花時間相對於高身的杯較短</p>

1、初學者建議先選矮身圓底大口徑的咖啡杯練習拉花,待掌握好後再試其他種類的杯子,感受一下分別</p>

2、杯子的材質也很重要,要選一些保溫好的,對保留Crema及完成品的保溫也有相當大的功用呀</p>

3、找不到一個矮身圓底大口徑的咖啡杯練習嗎?到廚房看看吧,你的飯碗用這些形容詞適當嗎?但要留意,一般飯碗都不是保溫很好的,當作練習工具好了。</p>
