亮點：由印尼椰子貓的糞便作爲原料</p>

麝香貓咖啡(Kopi Luwak)， Kopi(印尼語，咖啡)，這款咖啡入圍，估計全世界人民都沒有異議，用動物的糞便來製作咖啡，口味真的很重。Luwak 是印尼人指一種俗稱“麝香貓”的樹棲野生動物。麝香貓咖啡是世界上最貴的咖啡之一.</p>
<p>
這種咖啡是由印尼椰子貓的糞便作爲原料所生產，因此也有人稱之爲“貓屎咖啡”。椰子貓主要以咖啡果實爲食，果實在胃裏完成發酵，蛋白質被破壞掉。由於咖啡豆不能被消化，會被排泄出來，經過清洗、烘培後就成了貓屎咖啡。據說使用經過消化的豆子泡出的咖啡，苦澀味會降低，而且帶有特殊香氣。不過一小杯要價30 美元，想嚐鮮的人要先掂掂錢包 ”</p>

亮點：雞蛋必須是生雞蛋</p>

越南是世界第二大咖啡出口國，黑咖啡是當地人每天必喝的飲品。但是你萬萬沒想到在這個咖啡大國，竟然會出現非傳統的咖啡——雞蛋咖啡。這個名字聽起來還挺新鮮，它是將煉乳和蛋黃加在一起攪拌到濃稠的程度，最後再把黑咖啡倒入，據說喝起來就像咖啡口味的卡士達醬(奶黃)。這樣的喝法在越南河內地區特別盛行。</p>

對了，如果你看到這裏還不覺得有問題的話，在此先提醒一下，雞蛋咖啡的雞蛋要是生雞蛋。你怕了麼?還是更喜歡了?</p>

聽名字是不是很好玩?其實製作過程也是挺有趣的。在咖啡中加入Tequila和Kahlua等烈酒，點上火焰然後把液體從一個容器倒進另一個容器，看起來是不是很像瀑布呢?不過建議各位還是不要自己在家嘗試，到菲律賓的餐廳請咖啡師或調酒師幫你調製吧。</p>

牛油塗麪包可能是常事，但是牛油咖啡你嘗試過麼?來新加坡就能嚐鮮了。這種咖啡又名爲防彈咖啡，將1-2湯匙的無鹽植物黃油，1-2湯匙的中鏈甘油三酸酯油，取代椰子油，放進咖啡裏。有沒有一種反胃的感覺?</p>
<p>
據稱飲用這種460多卡路里、飽含脂肪的咖啡能減弱人體對食物的渴望，促進體重減輕，並“對認知能力產生極大影響”。</p>

亮點：在奶泡上撒鹽</p>

海鹽咖啡是從卡布奇諾裏衍生出來的,最起初是臺灣某家咖啡店獨創口味咖啡。 製作方式幾乎與卡布奇諾相同。一般的卡布奇諾在意大利特濃咖啡的基礎上，加一層厚厚的起沫的牛奶，就成了卡布奇諾。而海鹽咖啡是在攪拌牛奶里加入適量的海鹽打成牛奶泡沫，再加在意大利特濃咖啡上面。一杯海鹽咖啡就完成了。</p>
<p>
海鹽咖啡有着獨特的喝法。不加攪拌，開始是海巖泡沫的鹹味，感覺很特別，然後喝到熱咖啡，最後感覺出咖啡原味，有着三種不同的口感。</p>

如果覺得雞蛋咖啡的口味還是有點清淡，不如試一下來自芬蘭的芝士咖啡。將圓餅狀約3公分厚的芝士稍微火烤至表面有點燒焦的程度，切成可以入口的大小再放入杯中，接着衝入黑咖啡就大功告成了。</p>

其實在天寒地凍的芬蘭，有着這麼一杯的確是很暖胃的樂事，就看你能不能接受了。</p>
