“香港勝在有你同ICAC！”</div>

ICAC，全稱Independent Commission Against Corruption，中文譯名爲“廉政公署”。今年恰逢香港廉政公署成立45週年，近日，他們在香港舉辦一系列活動，除免費請市民飲大名鼎鼎的“廉記咖啡”外，更在北角及銅鑼灣的幾處巴士站刊登“咖啡廣告”(4D效果，走近時能聞到咖啡散發的陣陣香味)，以宣傳廉署反貪“初心依舊，永不變質”的信念。</div>

不過，有人就提出“不成熟”的小問題了！爲啥要在ICAC“飲咖啡”，而不是喝奶茶呢？</div>

據悉，廉政公署在港剛成立時，曾邀請一批加拿大及英國的警務人員予以協助。也許是希望被詢問者能提神，也可能是文化差異，他們往往會在審訊前問道，“Would you like some coffee(想喝杯咖啡嗎)”？</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
於是，於“廉記飲咖啡”的說法便在港人中流傳開來。</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
不過世上沒有免費的午餐，廉署的咖啡也非無償提供。從1970年代的1元1角(港幣，下同)至近年的9元一杯......在廉署的會面室內，除非嫌犯或證人主動要求，否則不會有咖啡“招待”。</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
那麼，“廉記咖啡”是啥味？加糖加奶抑或僅是一杯寡淡的黑咖呢？</div>
<div>
</div>
<div>
據“有幸”在廉署舉辦的咖啡分享活動中“一嘆咖啡香”的香港市民透露，廉署的咖啡品上去像齋啡(黑咖啡)，味道很苦，他更笑稱，盼有生之年都不再飲“廉記咖啡”。</div>

“廉記咖啡”是採用美國麥斯威爾的咖啡粉蒸餾而成的。用熱水壺衝製出一杯香味濃郁的黑咖啡後，再加入適量的黑白淡奶，一杯聞名遐邇的“廉記咖啡”便大功告成。</div>

廉署成立多年，“廉記飯堂”的咖啡粉也曾幾度更換，不過換了幾個牌子後，調查員均反饋口感不如之前。最後，才又換回這款價格略貴的咖啡粉。</div>

不知你是否留意，無論是廉署的廣告片，還是關於廉政公署的電視劇，作爲代表出鏡的咖啡皆是清一色的熱飲？</div>

難道廉署不提供冰咖啡嗎？</div>

答案當然是否定的。</div>

“廉記飯堂”其實一直有冰咖啡提供，與外面的茶餐廳做法一致，凍飲要另加兩元。</div>

至於冰咖啡甚少在劇中“露臉”的原因....。.</div>

早期，香港社會曾稱呼廉署調查員爲“雪糕佬”，皆因他們在盤問疑犯時，會習慣將空調溫度調至最低，令人如墮冰窖中(可能是一種審訊策略)。</div>

小編猜想，或是因爲會面室已經令人冷的不斷“打寒顫”了，所以熱咖啡才遠比冰咖啡受歡迎吧。</div>

而在何種臺子上享用“廉記咖啡”亦很講究。小夥伴或早從影視劇中窺探過，廉署的桌子是特殊的“三角臺”。有說法稱，這種設計能令嫌犯與調查員間的關係更爲緩和，防止雙方產生對立情緒。</div>

身爲香港的一塊“金字招牌”，廉署一直對腐敗採取“零容忍”政策，即哪怕有人只貪了一塊錢，也會被廉署請去“飲咖啡”。</div>

此前，曾有在港工作的外地人謊稱會“永久離開香港”，並提前領取強積金....。.</div>
