	　　Blue Bottle Coffee在日本東京的兩間分店都由 Schemata Architects 設計，第一間位於東京清澄白河區，是以倉儲大樓重新改造，內部空間包括了咖啡廳、辦公室、咖啡師培訓區及咖啡烘焙坊。</p>
<p>
	　　Blue Bottle Coffee希望能在進軍日本的第一家分店中創造與消費者之間緊密、積極的連結，與大家一起成長、一起認識咖啡。因此，Schemata Architects規劃時便引入開放式空間的概念，使用木材與鋼材貫穿整體結構，採用玻璃門窗來塑造明亮且穿透性強烈的視覺效果，除了讓顧客享受視覺、味覺與嗅覺兼具的『感官體驗』，還能有拉近人與人之間距離的那種關於『心的體驗』。</p>

	　　第二間東京Blue Bottle Coffee坐落在時尚感十足的青山區表參道上，距離東京地鐵表參道站步行大約只要三分鐘的路程。有別於幾個街區外的繁華和喧囂，Blue Bottle Coffee Aoyama Cafe藏身在樹木圍繞的寧靜建築中，你可以由偌大的落地窗看到窗外搖曳的綠葉們，一邊啜飲咖啡，一邊享受整個下午的舒適時光。</p>

	　　這裡一樣採用用Schemata Architects所擅長的輕工業風，利用方正的檯面將繁忙的廚房區域與閒適的用餐位置做出區隔，但依然能維持店員與顧客間開放的互動關係。另一區鋪設沉穩的木質地板來締造不同層次的空間區隔，並適時點綴綠色植物，達成清新舒暢的室內氛圍，就像待在自家的客廳那般自在，定是能讓大家流連忘返吧!</p>
