參與角力的主角們，是來自世界各地的商業巨頭們。</p>

近日，亞馬遜瞄準了中國內地的咖啡市場，推出了線上咖啡館。事實上，從去年起，各路企業已經不約而同地將目光瞄準了中國內地的咖啡市場。可口可樂在做即飲咖啡喬雅，肯德基、麥當勞等快餐巨頭先後推出自己的現磨咖啡。</p>
<p>
這些產品最大的共同點是：價格走向“親民”。</p>
<p>
平價咖啡正在成爲新寵。商業巨頭們覺得，中國內地的平價咖啡市場充滿了潛力，是值得花心思下力氣的新的掘金之地。</p>

各路巨頭紛紛來襲 多企業意欲分羹</p>
<p>
近日，亞馬遜瞄準了中國的咖啡市場，推出了線上咖啡館。這並非電商巨頭對中國咖啡領域的首次試探。在今年4月，京東向3W咖啡注資千萬，用於推進“十城百店”計劃，意欲將3W咖啡擴張到10座主要城市。</p>
<p>
想要分食“咖啡”這塊大蛋糕上的，不止是電商巨頭。</p>
<p>
2014年1月，天津狗不理集團宣佈正式獲得澳大利亞最大咖啡連鎖品牌高樂雅在中國的永久使用權，中華老字號包子鋪正式跨界咖啡領域。</p>
<p>
2014年2月，可口可樂斥資12.5億元收購中國綠山咖啡;9月，發佈首款濃咖啡飲料“喬雅”，可口可樂正式進軍中國即飲咖啡。</p>
<p>
2014年10月，哈根達斯開始爲所有進店消費的會員免費提供卡布奇諾，悄悄試水咖啡產業;12月，與號稱“意大利國寶”的Illy咖啡聯手推出彩色拿鐵;2015年5月，哈根達斯全球首家咖啡店在中國上海落戶，正式吹響了進軍咖啡產業的號角。</p>
<p>
今年3月，方便麪巨頭康師傅也聯合星巴克，在中國內地推出“星冰樂”即飲咖啡。</p>
<p>
除了上述企業，目前在中國內地，風靡其他國家和地區的的便利店咖啡也陸續出現在一線城市，如全家的湃客、羅森的MACHI cafe、喜士多咖啡等便利店賣現煮咖啡，這些咖啡售價從7到10元不等。此外，各大超市的貨架上，“即飲咖啡”日漸佔據貨位：統一最早推出“雅哈”、怡寶三年前推出如今又重新上架的“火咖啡”、百事可樂聯手三得利推出“利趣拿鐵”、可口可樂推出的“喬雅”等。而這些便利店咖啡和即飲咖啡的價格最低者約爲5元，可謂名副其實的平價咖啡。</p>
<p>
相比老式的速溶咖啡，現磨現煮顯然更具口感。而相對於星巴克、costa等現磨咖啡的當前市場定價，平價咖啡的售價顯然具有十足的競爭力。</p>

在賣咖啡上 紛紛選擇了“平價”法寶</p>
<p>
有意思的是，在當下快消領域各行業不斷提高定價推出高端產品，如高端水、高端方便麪等等，以求依靠提高單位利潤來提升業績。但是巨頭們在賣咖啡這件事上，卻不約而同地選擇了傳統的制勝法寶：降低單位售價。</p>
<p>
一時間，各路現磨咖啡和即飲咖啡紛紛挾“平價”法寶來襲。</p>
<p>
從2014年11月，上海成爲肯德基首個開賣現磨咖啡的城市開始，截至今年第一季度結束，肯德基已經成功地在10箇中國城市的1300家餐廳供應上了現磨咖啡。肯德基品牌企劃副總裁何勇介紹，2015年，肯德基將在不少於20個城市的1000家餐廳陸續推出現磨咖啡系列。</p>
<p>
這樣的一杯現磨咖啡，消費者花10元起就可以從美式、拿鐵、摩卡、卡布奇諾等經典品種中挑選。雖然相比傳統的知名咖啡品牌，這還顯得有些單調，但肯德基咖啡的小紅杯正在迅速佔領街頭。</p>
<p>
百勝餐飲集團中國事業部主席兼首席執行官蘇敬軾表示，將繼續推出肯德基的高端咖啡。該咖啡的售價比星巴克便宜40%以上，並且全天提供現磨咖啡。他說：“到2015年底，肯德基將在2500家餐廳推出這一高端咖啡。”</p>
<p>
而另一家快餐巨頭麥當勞，早在2009年就將自家的“麥咖啡”引入中國市場。麥當勞相關負責人稱，這一時間點雖然比星巴克入華遲了足足10年，但目前“麥咖啡”在中國大陸的門店數已經超過800家，逼近星巴克目前在華門店數。</p>
<p>
在價位上，麥咖啡是星巴克、COSTA等大約一半的價格，輕鬆錯開了與傳統咖啡店的競爭區間。</p>

巨頭“爭喝”平價咖啡 市場到底有多大</p>
<p>
咖啡位居世界三大飲品之首，也是世界上除石油外的第二大貿易商品。競相佈局的背後，是中國內地咖啡市場的快速擴容。</p>
<p>
儘管國內速溶咖啡增速已從雙位數下滑到個位數，但與之形成鮮明對比的是，整個中國的咖啡消費市場卻處於高速增長期。</p>
<p>
據《新民週刊》報道，目前全球咖啡豆銷量每年約800多萬噸，並且保持每年2%的增速，中國約佔市場銷量的1/20。2014年中國的咖啡消費量達到50萬噸以上，市場零售額接近600億人民幣，中國的咖啡消費以每年15%-20%的幅度增長。儘管中國目前人均年咖啡消費量爲5杯，而同處東亞地區的日本和韓國年人均消費量約爲300杯，而世界平均值在240杯左右。同時，巨大的人口基數，更使中國成爲世界上最具潛力的咖啡消費大國。</p>
<p>
目前，在國內銷售的咖啡品牌的原產料幾乎都產自國內。雲南省咖啡行業協會的統計數據顯示，雲南咖啡產量佔到了全國總產量的98.8%，普洱咖啡產量佔雲南總產量57.8%。目前普洱種植加工的咖啡豆有七成被星巴克、雀巢、麥斯威爾等咖啡巨頭瓜分。</p>
<p>
洋咖啡從普洱收購帶殼咖啡豆，然後通過與當地的精加工廠合作得到烘焙好的咖啡豆。</p>
<p>
“一杯300多毫升的咖啡一般只需要5克烘焙過的咖啡豆，兩頭意式咖啡機最多是裝20克，所以，每杯最多也不會超過10克咖啡豆。”普洱當地的咖啡貿易商介紹說，以1公斤出廠價69元計算，5克咖啡豆的成本應該是0.345元，“現在每中杯平均售價算25元，1公斤的咖啡豆就可以賣到5000元，出廠價還不到70元，就算再加上稅收、運輸、人力、店租等成本，每公斤咖啡豆的成本應該也不會超過200元，可以看出現磨咖啡的利潤空間究竟有多大”。</p>

大市場、高利潤，巨頭們有什麼理由忽視這個聚寶盆?</p>
<p>
諮詢公司英敏特此前發佈的報告顯示，目前速溶咖啡、現磨咖啡和即飲咖啡的市場份額分別爲71.8%、10.1%和18.1%。報告稱，“儘管速溶咖啡繼續主導中國的咖啡市場，但隨着現磨咖啡和即飲咖啡市場更爲迅速的增長，預計這兩個細分市場將獲得更多的份額。”</p>
<p>
美國科爾尼管理諮詢公司大中華區零售業合夥人唐仕德曾經評價說：“五年前，對多數中國人來說，咖啡就是雀巢三合一。”而如今，美式“星巴克”、臺式“上島咖啡”遍佈各大城市、韓式“咖啡陪你”及本土文藝的小衆咖啡館如雨後春筍般紛紛崛起。國人喝咖啡開始從速溶轉向現磨。</p>
<p>
態勢已成，或許在不遠的將來，平價咖啡的競爭就會進入白熱化。不過對於消費者來說，能夠以更低廉的價格喝到口感更好的咖啡，未嘗不是一件好事。</p>
