設想：讓殘疾人也有“咖啡時光”</p>

喝咖啡、看書、聊天、發發呆，殘疾人難道不能擁有這樣的生活嗎？長期照顧腦癱患者史曉玲，並經常與殘疾人士打交道的知名公益人王大成，發出了以上疑問。</p>
<p>
“助殘不能只把殘疾人當作弱勢羣體看待，尊重他們的感受和發展需要，用看待正常人的眼光看待他們，或許纔是更重要的。”王大成說，經過思考和調研，他發現“書籍+咖啡”的形式，是個很好的解決方案。</p>
<p>
進展：已得到殘聯和街道的認可</p>
<p>
要將這個地方打造的更“高端”，甚至還配有音樂、電影、咖啡，是不是有些奢侈、沒必要了？</p>
<p>
爲此，王大成還專門邀集衆多殘友進行問卷調查，結果是他們渴望這樣一個地方。“如果不建設得足夠‘高端’和人性化，何談對殘疾人真正的尊重和了解呢？” 他的提議和堅持，不僅贏得了身邊志願者的理解和支持，包河區蕪湖街道辦事處和包河區殘聯也對這個計劃給予了充分的認可。</p>
<p>
8月1日，蕪湖路街道辦事處負責人宋愛國就表示：“給殘疾人提供一個優質的讀書、交友場所，我們也很期待。”經過接洽，目前合肥市三院也有意向提供幫助。</p>
<p>
現狀：場地已有了經費還待籌集</p>
<p>
王大成的“靈感”來自於爲腦癱患者史曉玲交朋友而建的“曉玲書屋”，目前史曉玲已同意將自家的院子和客廳改造成書屋和咖啡吧，市三院同樣幫助改造閒置空院。</p>
<p>
王大成和他的夥伴們正在爲此積極籌款。他們表示，如果有企業或愛心人士大力支持，這個書吧可以由捐助方冠名。</p>
