SammyLin 「圈圍法」定義:此法由華裔咖啡師Sammy Lin發明,形成於2003年,是一種完全有別於傳統手法的咖啡拉花藝術,多用於Cappuccino製作 。先萃取一份Espresso,再用勺子將奶泡沿杯壁圈入至半滿,推擠咖啡油脂在杯中形成色塊,再注滿牛奶。根據色塊的不同形狀用挑針挑拉牽引出各種圖案。此爲「圈圍法」。</p>
