晚報訊 圖書館裏的海量藏書是寶貴的資源，但很多人因爲怕借書還書的麻煩，不願意到圖書館去借書。考慮到市民的需求，市南區在推行“啡閱青島”圖書館項目爲咖啡館配書的基礎上，又挑選兩家咖啡館安裝了圖書通借通還設備。地處市南區一東一西的兩家咖啡館，將大大方便周邊市民的圖書借閱。明年，市南區還將進一步擴大開展通借通還服務的咖啡館範圍。</p>
<p>
昨天上午，記者來到了位於大學路40號的“橙橙書院”咖啡館，恰巧碰到海大學生小張正在這裏還書。“再也不用跑遠路到市圖借書還書了，拿着借閱卡，這麼近不但能還書，看到想借的書可以直接借走，很方便。“小張說。 “橙橙書院”咖啡館的老闆韓偉告訴記者，店裏的書最初都是自己的藏書，以文學、歷史等方面居多，有1000多本。市南區文化新聞出版局配書後，自己特地挑選了一些適合咖啡館閱讀的書籍，藏書量增長了一倍。“進行圖書的通借通還，可以給我們帶來更多的客流，而且我們的店員也是圖書管理員，也節省了成本，是一種互利互惠。 ”韓偉說。</p>
<p>
據市南區文化新聞出版局工作人員介紹，今年以來，市南區整合民營咖啡館優勢資源，將區圖書館的書籍免費配送至全區260餘家咖啡館供現場借閱，將咖啡館變身爲公共文化服務點，開創了民營公益圖書館新模式，努力構建政府提供、企業參與、市民受惠的公共圖書館服務體系。目前，已選取規模較大的橙橙書院和星光線咖啡館試點，分別爲其免費配置優秀圖書和通借通還設備，實現了與全市各大圖書館服務網絡的互聯互通。力圖通過打造一批“私人咖啡兼公益圖書館”的公共文化體驗點，構建市、區、街道、社區、門店五級聯動文化惠民網絡，實現全區範圍內的異地借還，真正實現文化“服務全民”、“全民樂讀”的目的。該項目還入圍由省政府表彰的第二屆山東省文化創新獎。</p>
<p>
下一步，市南區將逐步把閱讀服務點鋪設到更多的社會休閒場館，打造“中心匯聚、全域輻射”的新型公共圖書館服務體系。 “可以通借通還的咖啡館會越來越多，而且有望爲咖啡館配備電子借閱機。 ”工作人員說。</p>
