<p>
	　　貓屎咖啡是一種生活在印尼的樹棲野生動物麝香貓喫下成熟的咖啡果實，經過消化系統發酵後排出體外。其全球年產量大約在600公斤左右，由於產量稀少，風味獨特，市場售價每克超過100元人民幣，是名副其實的奢侈品。</p>

	近年來，中國咖啡產業高速發展，牙買加藍山、夏威夷科納、印尼貓屎咖啡等越來越多的國際名品咖啡開始打入國內市場。在雲南省會昆明，每杯售價268元的昂貴貓屎咖啡一樣受到市民熱捧，僅開店5天就達到日均超過10杯的銷量。</p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;經過麝香貓的體內消化，咖啡豆原本的果酸和苦澀被分解，所以貓屎咖啡極富果香。&rdquo;昆明貓屎咖啡店負責人張穎告訴記者，由於貓屎咖啡的製造者是野生動物，其產地僅在印度尼西亞的蘇門答臘島，所以產量極爲稀少。&ldquo;2012年全球貓屎咖啡產量在600公斤左右，其中有300至400公斤進入了中國市場。&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　在講解貓屎咖啡文化的同時，咖啡師爲記者現場演示了貓屎咖啡的製作過程。全進口的貓屎咖啡豆經過古法烘焙後香氣四溢，咖啡師將現場手工研磨的咖啡粉倒入虹吸壺中，幾秒鐘之後，一杯醇正的貓屎咖啡便可供客人享用。</p>
<p>
	　　張穎告訴記者，進店點了貓屎咖啡的每一位客人都會有專屬咖啡師現場製作，並給客人講述貓屎咖啡的故事。&ldquo;相對於快餐式咖啡，我們的咖啡製作手法更傳統。我們想讓顧客不僅僅買到咖啡，也親身體驗到咖啡文化，這樣更有利於咖啡文化在國內的傳播。&rdquo;</p>
