昨天，本報報道了記者“臥底”全球連鎖知名品牌COSTA咖啡西單君太店，發現有工作人員在餐具清潔池裏涮墩布、洗頭。文章見報後，西城區衛生監督部門的執法人員立即趕到該店，進行現場執法。</p>

餐巾紙旁 手機錢包挨着放</p>
<p>
昨天下午2時，西城區衛生監督部門的執法人員來到位於西單商業區君太百貨二層的COSTA咖啡店。</p>
<p>
記者跟隨執法人員進入狹小的操作間看到，裏面大概有五六平方米，物品擺放較爲混亂。手機、梳子、錢包、衣物等個人物品隨意擺放在操作間內。這與記者此前暗訪的情況相似。</p>
<p>
在餐具清潔池內，擺放着待清洗和待消毒的餐具。店內工作人員解釋說，這些都會用專門的消毒液進行消毒清洗。但是，當執法人員問道“消毒液的配比是多少?如何掌握?”等細節問題時，店內工作人員和值班負責人直搖頭。</p>
<p>
檢查中還發現，該店的食品庫房不符合儲存食品的具體要求，物品擺放混亂。</p>
<p>
對於記者暗訪發現的員工在餐具清洗池內洗頭的問題，店內負責人確認，視頻的拍攝地點屬於店內、洗頭者的服飾也是員工制服。</p>
<p>
隨後，COSTA咖啡店的區域經理隨執法人員來到衛生監督部門，接受進一步調查。</p>

整改措施</p>

衛生部門立案調查 君太店停業整頓</p>
<p>
昨天下午，文章見報後，COSTA方面非常重視並召開專門會議，決定對西單君太店進行衛生整頓。</p>
<p>
今天上午，西單君太店已經關門謝客，二層的凳子都翻着摞了起來。記者從COSTA方面瞭解到，此次對西單君太店的整頓範圍包括5大方面11個問題。</p>
<p>
COSTA有關負責人對記者表示，出現員工洗頭、操作間混亂等問題，與公司的高速發展、忽略對員工的培訓有直接關係，也暴露出公司對門店及員工管理不到位，有疏漏的地方。</p>
<p>
對於本報在報道中提到的西單君太店存在的問題，COSTA表示，洗頭的當事員工將離開西單君太店，之後再對其他相關人員進行處理。</p>
<p>
今天上午，記者從西城區衛生監督部門瞭解到，西城區衛生局已經對此事立案調查。隨後，將依據調查結果依法對西單君太店處罰。</p>
<p>
同時，在西單君太店整頓之後，衛生監督部門將進行檢查驗收，合格後方能對外營業。</p>

西單今起開查飲品店 下週三前上報結果</p>
<p>
昨天下午陪同檢查的還有西單商業區管理辦公室的負責人。這位負責人表示，下午看到報道後，領導非常重視，立即與衛生部門聯繫，進行聯合檢查。</p>
<p>
針對衛生部門檢查中發現的問題，管理辦公室還當場叫來了君太百貨的相關負責人一同處理。</p>
<p>
今天上午，記者從西單商業區管理辦公室瞭解到，盛夏來臨食品衛生問題隨之而來，結合本報記者暗訪發現的問題，該辦公室已要求衛生監督部門今起對西單商業區內的飲品店進行專項執法檢查。按照西城區衛生局的要求，在下週三之前，將檢查結果上報。</p>

他們在衛生方面的鬆懈，可能因爲太累了。一天8個小時，基本是站着工作，下班時，腿腳又酸又疼。</p>
