「一杯中杯熱拿鐵，謝謝!」這是許多人平日生活的開場白，或許是因為工作量的增加，讓我們想要藉由更多的咖啡因來保持清醒，在龐大的工作壓力下越來越多人開始對咖啡上癮。根據統計資料顯示，臺灣的咖啡人口約有540萬人，每人每年約喝掉130杯的咖啡，而且逐年快速成長中。或許我們真的需要喝咖啡來提振精神，但任何東西都不能過度攝取，像是以下幾種咖啡中含有的成分，很有可能就是造成肌膚問題的元兇之一!</p>
<p>
1. 咖啡因</p>
<p>
雖然咖啡可以利尿，幫助代謝，但攝取過多的話，體內水分也會因此逐漸流失，並造成肌膚脫水!這代表肌膚很有可能會發炎紅腫或是流失膠原蛋白。另外，過多的咖啡因會增加肝臟的負擔，讓體內產生毒素。如果沒有足夠的水分幫助代謝，皮膚中的毒素就會讓痘痘冒出頭來喔!</p>
<p>
建議：咖啡因攝取，一天最多300毫克，大約2～3杯咖啡。(美式)</p>
<p>
2. 牛奶</p>
<p>
如果一直有痘痘肌的困擾，卻不知問題何在，那不妨計算一下自己的乳製品攝取量。牛奶當中含有賀爾蒙，會加速皮脂分泌。</p>
<p>
建議：可以使用無糖杏仁奶、椰奶或豆漿來代替鮮奶。</p>

3. 糖</p>
<p>
過多的糖分不只會提高心血管疾病的風險，也會造成「糖化作用」讓肌膚提早老化和發炎!</p>
<p>
建議：別選擇香草、榛果或摩卡等調味咖啡;選擇基本美式咖啡或拿鐵。</p>
<p>
4. 單寧酸</p>
<p>
咖啡和紅茶中都含有單寧酸。雖然單寧酸能經由肝臟處理後排出體外，但同時也會有部分殘留並被其吸收，久而久之則會在你的皮膚上形成肝斑。</p>
<p>
建議：無咖啡因花草茶，或是多喝水代謝</p>
<p>
整體來說，過多的咖啡因、糖和牛奶都會對皮膚產生影響。嘗試慢慢戒掉過多調味和添加物的咖啡，多喝水讓身體排毒並防止脫水;減少咖啡因攝取量或是轉而投向低咖啡因咖啡與無咖啡因花草茶的懷抱。雖然這並不簡單，但是絕對值得一試!</p>
