	　　有羣熱血志工在每週五清晨一早，帶着咖啡豆、瓦斯爐及小點心，到臺北街頭現場煮起熱騰騰的咖啡，分享給騎車上班上課的自行車族，這羣志工就是鼓勵民衆響應綠運輸的臺灣城市自行車聯盟。 透過一杯香氣繚繞的咖啡喚起路人的脾胃，心情也跟着甦醒，愉快地踏上旅程前往目的地，送咖啡只爲一個單純信念&ldquo;希望你能騎車上班上學&rdquo;。 儘管臺北一年下雨超過一百天，但平均每週五上午7點30分至9點30分間，12個站點就能送出逾600杯咖啡。</div>

	　　由於愈來愈多自行車族響應，志工們只能拜託咖啡店免費支持咖啡豆，未料竟也讓臺北愈來愈多街角飄起咖啡香。 如今除臺北12個街角喝得到咖啡外，現觸角也延伸至臺南及高雄，這羣志工埋下的環保種子已然萌芽。</div>

	　　週五的自行車通勤日活動發起人陳濮表示，他喜歡騎自行車上班，但看到許多環境對自行車族不友善，爲突破此困境，他深知臺北人愛喝咖啡的特性，利用送咖啡來鼓勵民衆騎自行車，去年首度在臺北忠孝敦化路口興奮帶上一壺熱咖啡，未料僅有4位民衆領取 ，甚至有銀髮族問&ldquo;可否咖啡換豆漿或熱茶？&rdquo;。 初期沒布條與文宣，一度被路人誤認要募款或廠商營銷活動，需不斷解釋及傳達理念，才逐漸被民衆瞭解。</div>

	　　《蘋果》上週五前往捷運南京三民站出口的人行道旁，一早就看見咖啡師已在現場磨起咖啡豆，現場豆香四溢絲毫不輸給專業咖啡店，每杯現場手作咖啡傳遞着環保概念，在清晨熙來人往的街道上，不時有高中生、 上班族及忙健身的老伯把自行車停下領取一杯咖啡，甚至有老外騎着YouBike前來時，不禁好奇追問爲何有免費咖啡可拿？也有自行車族自備環保杯，更加落實環保精神。</div>

	　　賴姓上班族說，每天從臺北車站騎車到附近上班，這活動確實會吸引人加入騎自行車，且天氣轉涼喝杯咖啡很舒服。 在北市府上班的女公務員透露，她會特地騎車到市府站，只因咖啡師長得超有型，也是臺北街頭另一美麗風景。</div>

	　　在臺灣雅虎擔任計算機工程師的臺灣城市自行車聯盟理事長詹凱盛說，初期找店家贊助咖啡也一度被打槍，畢竟咖啡店競爭激烈，不過也有店家認同理念支持，連咖啡師還親自到街頭煮起咖啡，有部分站點提供桶裝咖啡，站長甚至清晨5點就需起牀張羅。</div>

	　　臺灣城市自行車聯盟表示，目前臺北市有公部門贊助，在臺南及高雄市則仍是自發性活動，依舊靠許多志工及熱心店家協助推廣，分享綠運輸概念。 至於辦此活動目的無非想改變民衆通勤習慣，希望民衆響應騎自行車，把騎自行車當成有趣又環保的活動，更希望替小朋友打造健康的未來，期盼日後小朋友能自己騎自行車上學。</div>

	　　北市交通局科長王湮築表示，市府配合自行車通勤日免費喝咖啡活動，舉辦地點多爲自行車道路口或捷運站旁，經受訪民衆滿意度已達9成，相較每天兩百萬人次捷運族與上百萬公交車族，確實不易估算交通工具轉移數據，但隨着自行車路網建置， 近年自行車族確實逐步增加，未來是否擴大舉辦自行車通勤日活動，將待年底結束再評估是否續辦。 （林媛玲／臺北報道）</div>
