<span style="font-size:16px;">【注意小提醒】手衝咖啡好不好喝，關鍵技術就在於手衝的過程。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">1.每種咖啡豆適合的水溫都不同，大多都是介於80度到95度之間。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">2.一杯咖啡的水量約爲200c.c.，咖啡粉量約爲11~15公克。</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">3.第一次注水由正中心注入，向外順時鐘螺旋狀的繞出，</span></p>

<span style="font-size:16px;">水量須保持細小且平穩，並且注水的路線不重迭，必須避免衝到濾紙。</span></p>
