應網友sunbear要求 , 在幫他上拉花課前先作了一個測試 , 之前有聽過低脂牛奶很難打奶泡拉花 , 我自己沒有實地證實過 , 可是我印象中在去年有一次我買錯了鮮奶 , 就是買到低脂的牛奶作卡布 , 但沒有對很難拉花這種事留下印象 , 所以只好今天再來實測看看 . 許多朋友喜歡喝卡布奇諾 , 可是對於牛奶中脂肪敬謝不敏 , 也許這個結果可以供大家參考參考 .<br len="0" />

今天只有買到統X集團的低脂牛奶 , 上面標示乳脂含量爲0.5%以上未滿1.5% . 其實在實測之前我有預先推理過 , 低脂不會對於拉花有影響 . 按照其他人所說的奶泡形成原理中 , 奶泡是牛奶中的脂肪或蛋白質包覆空氣所形成 , 我的基本想法是 , 如果脂肪量沒有全脂的多,還是有脂肪可以包覆空氣 , 所以應對拉花不會有影響 , 實驗結果算是符合我的推理 . 只是我粗淺的推理過程不知道對不對 !<br len="0" />

我平常用的全脂牛奶 , 脂肪含量標示爲3.0%至3.8% , 含量比低脂的果然高很多 , 每個月因爲牛的身體狀況不同 , 含的脂肪量也會不同 , 光泉的還附上曲線圖說明每個月的含量爲多少 , 其中2月份爲最高的 .<br len="0" />
我每天幾乎都喝2杯以上 , 還好身材還沒走樣 .<br len="0" />

打好的奶泡 , 一樣光滑細緻 , 光滑的表面還會反光 , 打奶泡時的手法我與平常的習慣相同 , 以我一般的打法, 起泡量約40% , 看來脂肪還很夠 , 那表示可以再打發更多 .<br len="0" />

在拉花前忘了奶泡已經放了1分多鐘了 , 倒的太快線條太粗 , 但如果以拉花剛打好就加到咖啡中來說 , 應該是完全沒問題 .<br len="0" />

喝起來的感覺就有很大的差異了 , 脂肪的含量較少 , 所以平常喝到的甜味少很多 , 咖啡的味道明顯重很多 , 也許在咖啡與牛奶的比例上可以再稍作一點的調整 . 以上算是有回答了sunbear的問題了吧 ! 對我而言 , 低脂牛奶對我沒有感覺到太大的影響 . 結果供參考囉 !</span>' |
