<p>
首先是盛奶壺(milk pitcher)。基本上是使用2人份的小型尺寸，不過也有一個4人份的備用盛奶壺。有上細下寬和等寬型的兩種，不妨選擇自己用起來比較順手的盛奶壺。</p>
<p>
其次是marocchino (馬洛奇諾)專用的茶匙。首先將巧克力(或巧克力醬)放入耐熱的玻璃杯內，加入奶泡，再用茶匙慢慢的攪拌，接着注入濃縮咖啡。以茶匙貼着濃縮咖啡，慢慢的在玻璃杯中攪拌開來。通常使用前端有90度彎曲的茶匙，可以利用自己店裏現成的東西。</p>
<p>
至於牙籤和可可粉，則是卡布奇諾拉花藝術不可缺少的工具。牙籤是用來替代畫筆的，所以長一點的或許比較好用。而可可粉不僅可以運用在拉花藝術上，同時也是巧克力卡布奇諾(Cappuccino Con Cacao)等濃縮咖啡飲料會使用到的材料。最近，還有讓撒上的可可粉曾顯出‘五角星’或‘心’圖案的用具。不妨配合用途，加以活用。</p>
<p>
此外，如果店內有提供雞尾酒等酒精類的飲料，那麼雪克杯(shaker)也是必要的工具。咖啡吧檯師傅在吧檯內調酒的摸樣，看起來非常酷。我說用的分別有大的和小的兩種類型。此外，在調製雪克冰濃縮咖啡(Espresso Shakerato)等冰的飲料時也會用到雪克杯，所以就算店內沒有販售酒精類的飲料，還是需要用到的。</p>
<p>
還有每天營業中所不可缺少的抹布。不過，有些像是咖啡粉或可可粉的污垢，用一般抹布是擦不掉的，我使用的是吸水性強的人造纖維製成的抹布。由於還多加了抗菌處理，所以在衛生方面比較放心。保持乾淨的濃縮咖啡機，才能給顧客留下好印象。因此，我常常用這塊抹布仔細的擦拭機子，隨時保持乾淨。</p>
<p>
最後還有清潔濃縮咖啡機要用的刷子等等配套的維修工具，也是咖啡吧檯師傅的七樣用具之一。總之，好好珍惜機器，也是身爲咖啡吧檯師傅必須要有的心態。</p>
