時下許多人都愛來杯熱咖啡，讓自己置身於濃濃咖啡香縈繞的氛圍中；更講究的人，喝咖啡一定要現磨沖泡纔對味。而衝煮後剩下的咖啡渣可別急著丟掉，這些功成身退的咖啡渣，其實有著多重妙用。</div>

國立內埔高級農工職業學校教師江華洲指出，根據他所進行的多項研究發現，濃縮咖啡因具有抗菌效果，沖泡時咖啡因沒法完全融出，這些成分仍會存留在咖啡渣中；而咖啡豆在烘焙過程中體積膨大又研碎成小粒，讓它的結構和活性碳類似，所以吸溼除臭的效果極佳。另外，咖啡渣內仍有殘餘一些抗氧化成分，若添加到餅乾或相關產品裏可作膳食纖維又有營養價值。</div>

當然，咖啡渣的運用不只在日常生活裏，臺灣有廠商就曾研發出將咖啡渣與布料纖維結合，製造出具備除臭功能的衣服，不僅達到環保回收的目的，更因此接獲來自世界各大廠商的訂單，營業額翻了不只１倍。</div>

裝進布袋變身防潮劑</div>

需先將咖啡渣炒幹或曬乾後，才能當成防潮劑使用。家事達人楊賢英建議，可將乾燥後的咖啡渣放入小杯子，上面套個絲襪，放在櫃子裏當防潮劑使用，或者也可把乾燥咖啡渣放入布包後車縫，變成鞋櫃乾燥劑，或直接塞進鞋子裏除臭。咖啡渣可防潮同時還帶著咖啡香氣，只是效果沒有非常強力；當覺得吸溼效果降低，也可重新曝曬後再利用。</div>

做成噴霧防蚊蟲</div>

由於咖啡渣含生物鹼，可作爲天然農藥用途。咖啡達人周天驕本身也種植花草，她常常自制咖啡防蚊防蟲液，咖啡渣曬乾後需加水重新煮，好像熬中藥般讓咖啡因溶出，將煮好的咖啡水放涼後倒入噴霧瓶中，可噴灑在植株上任何有蟲的地方，２、３天噴１次即可有驅蟲功效。咖啡店老闆泰瑞莎也說，他們店裏常將煮完的咖啡渣覆蓋在盆栽土壤表面上，不僅有效防止植物生蟲，而且還很環保。這種驅蟲功效也可使用於寵物身上，爲狗狗洗澡時，在洗劑中加入一些咖啡渣，搓洗後再一起沖掉，有去跳蚤效果。</div>

混入泥土當肥料</div>

咖啡渣中含有植物生長所需要的養分，把它倒入花盆中，能當成肥料來使用，且相較於市面上的一般肥料而言，不但更省錢且沒有異味；楊賢英表示，她時常把多餘的咖啡渣混在泥土裏當肥料，會讓花草長得更好。江華洲老師也說，使用咖啡渣發酵液來種菜，有增加營養功效；不過想要用於種植，要注意濃度問題，以及咖啡渣粒徑太小可能阻礙空氣流通。</div>

消眼袋、去水腫、去角質</div>

是的，你沒看錯，咖啡渣也是美容聖品！對於消除眼睛浮腫和黑眼圈十分有效。因爲咖啡渣和咖啡一樣都具有促進血液循環的功能，可以將咖啡渣和蛋白或水混合，敷在眼下或眼皮上15 分鐘，消眼袋、去水腫。不僅如此，坊間盛傳咖啡因可加速脂肪新陳代謝，減少皮膚下多餘脂肪。想消脂不必花大錢，可以試試DIY 咖啡因減脂。取咖啡渣和蛋白混合，使用微波爐微加熱後，將之拿來按摩大腿、腰部、腹部、臂膀等容易堆積脂肪的地方，或用保鮮膜包起來靜置幾分鐘，自己在家就能享受咖啡香SPA。</div>

另外，把咖啡渣和精油混合塗在皮膚上，具有消脂和光滑皮膚的作用；把咖啡渣混合在香皂或沐浴露裏，代替磨砂膏來按摩皮膚，有清潔毛孔和去角質的作用，可以讓皮膚更光滑。有泡澡習慣的人，也可以將咖啡渣加入熱水，泡個20 分鐘後，肌膚就會變得緊實、有光澤。</div>

咖啡渣中的抗氧化分子，可中和洗髮乳中的化學成分。取咖啡渣按摩頭皮60 秒後，用水沖掉再洗髮，能保護頭髮同時去頭皮角質、髮絲上的油垢；另外，將咖啡渣混在潤髮乳中，靜置頭髮上５分鐘再衝掉，有助頭髮恢復柔亮光澤，對黑頭髮的人特別有效。</div>

楊賢英表示，使用過的咖啡渣在炒幹或烘乾曬乾後，可以放置在小容器裏，成爲極佳的天然除臭劑。例如擺在冰箱裏，吸附冰箱裏常有的異味，也可以放在浴室裏吸臭，效果良好；甚至手觸碰完味道較重的食材，如切完蔥蒜或處理完海鮮後，取少量咖啡渣搓手清洗，也可去除異味。</div>

而在咖啡店中常見的做法，是把咖啡渣鋪在菸灰缸中，然後放置在戶外的吸菸區，東區一家知名文青咖啡店老闆泰瑞莎表示，因爲咖啡渣可以去除煙臭味，也更容易熄滅菸蒂。不過楊賢英提醒民衆，放置在浴室裏的咖啡渣容易潮溼發黴，因此使用一週後就要汰換，或者是拿到陽光底下曬過再繼續使用。</div>

去除餐具上頑固污漬</div>

咖啡渣裏因爲含有活性碳結構，可以吸附很多微小的污垢，因此將咖啡渣混合在洗滌劑中，可以去除餐具上的頑固污漬，楊賢英就常利用咖啡渣去除杯子上殘留的茶漬，去污效果非常好。</div>

不僅如此，將咖啡渣倒進洗碗池中，再用沸騰熱水沖走，也有助消除排水管道中的臭氣和油膩，但切記使用研磨得很細的咖啡渣，老舊的排水管可能原本已有堵塞，建議別嘗試此法。</div>

讓肉質變軟嫩</div>

鮮嫩多汁的肉，讓人一想起來就垂涎三尺，但要料理出多汁的感覺，如何鎖住肉質裏的水分是個大課題。醃肉的方法有很多，咖啡渣居然也可以！只要將咖啡渣均勻包裹在肉塊的表面，乾燥之後就會形成一層鎖水外皮，料理起來肉質不但鮮嫩多汁，還有著一股咖啡淡香。</div>
