當然臺灣是一個<a href="https://www.gafei.com/jingpinkafeixue/">精品咖啡</a>相對發達的地區，目前臺灣的大大小小烘焙師（包括咖啡館、烘焙廠、烘焙工作室、個人等），已經超過3000人，以臺灣的人口和麪積來說，高得離譜，順理成章成爲全世界自家烘焙率最高的地區。</div>
