5月24日15時左右，陸先生和朋友一起來到南昌銅鑼灣廣場逛街時，在該廣場星巴克店裏購買了六杯飲料，並使用手機支付了186元。“我的冰摩卡剛拿到就發現奶蓋部分有一隻小黑蟲在爬行，仔細一看，竟然是蟑螂，太噁心了！”<br />

隨即，陸先生和朋友拍攝了小視頻作爲證據，同時叫來服務員要求一個說法，服務員過來後立刻將咖啡拿走，隨後重新給陸先生做了一杯。“服務員過來後一句對不起都沒說直接搶走了飲料，也沒有任何賠償，沒想到星巴克的服務員態度這麼差。”陸先生說道。此事在微博上曝光後迅速引起網友討論，有網友表示：“實在太噁心，頭皮發麻，以後喝水都有心理陰影。”<br />
