每每在看到一杯拿鐵上有著美麗的拉花,都讓心情更加的愉悅,美麗的事物猶如藝術豐富我們的生活,而咖啡,也是一門藝術。咖啡拉花,則是將咖啡的體驗透過視覺表現讓其更爲提升的手法,美麗的目眩神迷,令人沈醉其中。</div>

拿鐵,是意大利文Latte的譯音,因此拉花即稱爲Latte art,意指拿鐵的藝術。專業的吧檯師傅利用蒸牛奶做出綿密的奶泡,再注入濃郁的Crema當中,透過晃動,注入牛奶的距離,熟練並輕巧的將線條呈現在杯中。從注入奶泡、晃動、再到最後的收尾,整個過程必須一氣呵成,因此在每位吧檯師傅優雅地拉花背後,都是無數次的練習經驗累積起來的。如果說咖啡的本質是風味,那我想拉花就是一種視覺享受,看著杯中咖啡的優美圖案,讓咖啡除了口感、香氣的別緻外,再添加視覺的美感,從眼睛就開始對咖啡感到嚮往,喝下一口綿密的奶泡,感受那牛奶與咖啡的完美結合,濃厚中也不失香甜,這滋味纔是令人難以忘懷呢!</div>

拉花也代表著一個優秀的咖啡師和顧客的心靈對話,咖啡本身是一個充滿故事性的飲品,從生豆的挑選,到烘焙,再到製作,每一個階段都有其含意以及故事可訴說,和客人分享咖啡,也用咖啡拉花,去傳達所想表達的意念,利用愛心、葉子、鬱金香、甚至是更精巧的咖啡雕花,讓咖啡更爲豐富活潑化,也縮小了和顧客之間的距離感,生動活潑的圖案讓手中的咖啡看起來更令人賞心悅目,同時也溫暖了顧客的心。</div>
