<span style="font-size:14px;">10月30日，長江商報記者從星巴克獲悉，星巴克外賣服務“專星送”近日已正式在武漢運行，用戶可在星巴克APP和餓了麼平臺點單。星巴克方面表示，預計到今年年底，星巴克專星送TM將完成全國30個城市、超過2,000家門店的落地計劃，覆蓋率超過50%。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:14px;">據瞭解，星巴克外賣服務費爲9元人民幣，還爲外賣研發了冷熱專利杯蓋，解決了外賣服務中的飲料潑灑難題；咖啡也將冷熱分離配送，提供專屬紙袋的封口貼。在服務體驗方面，星巴克方面在接受長江商報記者採訪時表示，“將會提供外賣窗口和專屬外賣架子，不會影響在店消費客人的體驗。”</span></div>

<span style="font-size:14px;">目前，咖啡“混戰”愈演愈烈，從咖啡品牌線上外賣佈局情況來看，最初佈局咖啡外賣市場的是連咖啡，而後線下連鎖咖啡品牌COSTA和太平洋咖啡加入，但這兩家均無自有的下單渠道和配送團隊，採用的是第三方外賣平臺實現外賣服務。</span></div>

<span style="font-size:14px;">此後，2018年初瑞幸咖啡加入；8月，星巴克與阿里巴巴達成全面戰略合作，依託阿里旗下餓了麼的配送體系，推出官方線上訂餐服務——專星送。麥當勞前不久也加入了外賣咖啡的混戰中，據瞭解，目前這些外送咖啡品牌都備受消費者和資本的追捧。</span></div>
