國際咖啡組織（International Coffee Organization, ICO）在月報當中表示，2018/19年度，全球咖啡市場預期將連續第二年呈現供給過剩，但過剩量較上年度有所縮減。報告預期本年度全球咖啡市場將供給過剩229萬包（每包60公斤），較上年度的過剩量約減少100萬包；其中，全球咖啡產量預估爲1.6747億包，消費量則預估爲1.6518億包。</div>

報告表示，咖啡市場過剩持續對咖啡價格構成壓力，ICO綜合咖啡指數月平均價格從2018年11月的每磅109.59美分，下跌至2018年12月的每磅100.61美分。</div>

2018年11月，全球咖啡出口量較上年同期的935萬包增加5.7%至988萬包，但較前月的1,067萬包減少7.3%。累計自去年10月起的本咖啡年度前兩個月（10-11月），阿拉比卡咖啡的出口量年增13.2%至1,384萬包，羅布斯塔咖啡的出口量年增18.1%至710萬包。上個年度（2017/18），全球咖啡產量上修150萬包至1.6499億包。</div>

本年度，全球阿拉比卡咖啡產量預估將年增2.5%至1.0401億包，羅布斯塔咖啡產量則預估年減0.1%至6,350萬包。在各個地區當中，南美洲咖啡產量預估年增4.3%至7,994萬包，非洲咖啡產量預估年增1.8%至1,780萬包；亞洲與大洋洲咖啡產量預估年減2.1%至4,801萬包，墨西哥與中美洲咖啡產量預估年減0.5%至2,172萬包。</div>

巴西仍將是全球最大的咖啡生產國，巴西咖啡自4月起的2019/20年度，咖啡產量預估將爲5,850萬包，相比巴西農業部甫將2018/19年度的巴西咖啡產量預估上調120萬包至6,170萬包。由於南北半球作物年度的差異，ICO對2018/19年度全球咖啡產量的預估就分別包括了巴西咖啡2018/19年度與2019/20年度的各一部分。</div>

2018年4-11月，巴西咖啡的出口量年增18%至2,339萬包，此創下過去十年以來的同期新高，也與巴西農業部上調咖啡產量預估的數據相符合。</div>

2018/19年度，第二大咖啡生產國越南咖啡產量預估將年減3.4%至2,950萬包，主要受到天氣不利損害單產的影響，但種植面積預期增長則抵銷掉一部分的衝擊。2017/18年度的越南咖啡產量上修104萬包至3,054萬包，出口量則年增21.7%至2,864萬包。本咖啡年度前兩個月，越南咖啡出口量年增32.7%至410萬包，部分受益於上年度累積庫存出貨的影響。</div>

2018/19年度，哥倫比亞咖啡產量預估較上年度的1,382萬包增加2.7%至1,420萬包，主要因爲上年度天氣多雨損害單產導致產量下滑的影響。本咖啡年度前兩個月，哥倫比亞咖啡出口量較上年同期的228萬包略增至230萬包，其中11月的咖啡出口量年增6.7%至124萬包。</div>
