不少人早上都會有喝咖啡的習慣，而且近年喝咖啡逐漸脫離生活品味的象徵，而成爲了很多人的生活日常，所以他們閒時都會到咖啡店買一杯咖啡品嚐。最近，香港清談節目《又要威又要戴頭盔》請來了幾位咖啡師，要匿名分（bao）享（liao）一些工作中的祕聞，以及一些連鎖咖啡店你不知道的事！
1. 狂加消毒劑
節目中有曾任職連鎖咖啡店的咖啡師透露，店內有一個特別的水龍頭，用來消毒奶缸、清潔後的杯等，其中由於冰塊很容易滋生細菌，因此咖啡店就會不停加消毒劑到冰塊中，防止冰塊有菌。雖然消毒劑聲稱可食用，但咖啡師們擔心始終含有化學物質，因此自己喝咖啡從來不會加冰。
2. “二奶”製作咖啡
咖啡師指出，正常製作每一杯咖啡都會打一缸奶，用完就會重新清潔，不過，當咖啡店一到繁忙時間因人手不足，很多時候都不會清潔，留下剩餘的奶直接再倒入新奶製作另一杯，最底層的奶永遠都用不完，變相有可能用上“二奶”、“三奶”……來製作咖啡。
3. 咖啡沙冰沒有咖啡
曾任連鎖咖啡店的咖啡師認爲，“最水的飲品”一定是沙冰類，當中更指咖啡沙冰竟然沒有咖啡，而是隻有水、咖啡味冰沙粉和糖醬，如果想要“真咖啡”製作，則可能要另外加錢。
4. 咖啡店的蛋糕、鬆餅通常都是不新鮮
由於咖啡店即使到臨打烊的一刻，都要確保蛋糕櫃放滿食物，因此早上賣的鬆餅或蛋糕多數都是放了一整晚，不會是新鮮的。
另外，有咖啡師試過不小心將整盤松餅掉在地上，最後經理也是拿起來繼續賣。
5. 職員可隨意更改食物保存日期
連鎖咖啡店的鬆餅和蛋糕規定要當晚清理，並要把所有糕餅弄爛，纔可放入垃圾袋綁緊扔掉，因此職員有時候不想浪費，就會在外包裝上，更改糕餅的保存日期，放多一天售賣。
6. 女神通常會點“Earl Grey Latte”！
除了普通的紅茶底之外，連鎖咖啡店其實還有其他不同的茶包選擇，例如可變成印度奶茶、英國早餐茶等，咖啡師則強烈推介伯爵茶牛奶咖啡，更指多數只有美女纔會點這杯，大家下次都可以試試啦！
看完之後，小編是覺得，有些事情其實是整個行業的潛規則，大家見怪不怪；有些事情則的確會比較過分，但很多時候作爲咖啡師，也是身不由己。連鎖品牌的公司制度通常都會比較死板，而且對於損耗、浪費控制得相當嚴格。用TVB的臺詞說，就是“發生這種事情，大家都不想的”……
當然，大家也不用過於緊張就是，相信絕大多數的咖啡店與咖啡師都會有着良好的職業操守，真正欺騙消費者、危害身體健康的黑幕操作，畢竟是極少數的。
