綜觀全球,對咖啡產業與許多咖啡迷來說,社羣媒體是不可或缺的。對咖啡店老闆來說,每個「贊」都至關重要,每個分享都有益於店家,打響知名度就能吸引新顧客。但如果你只注重風味,完全不拉花,最好做好心理準備,你的Instagram只會有兩個追蹤者:你老媽,還有隻是基於情面追蹤你,但其實只喝茶的那位朋友。</div>

像Instagram這種媒體,使用者只有視覺體驗,爲了吸引人追蹤,拉花非常重要,這樣即使有人還沒嚐過你的咖啡,還是能被你吸引,追蹤你。</div>

六、拉花即藝術</div>

假如你看過世界拉花比賽冠軍的作品,就會明白拉花能達到多驚人的境界。對這些藝術家來說,拉花就是藝術,咖啡僅是傳遞藝術的媒介(有時甚至完全不會用到咖啡,比如冷飲拉花(cream art))。事實上,這種比賽的評審完全不在乎咖啡本身,評分標準着重視覺:花樣設計的創意、花樣的繪製、不同飲品的奶泡質地、拉花的對比。這些錯綜複雜的設計,須耗費長時製作(甚至可能用了食用色素),飲用前咖啡都已經涼了。</div>

將此場景套用到一間忙碌的咖啡廳——顧客要等30分鐘,才能拿到溫涼但美麗的咖啡,拉花與咖啡的價值完全不相符。但撇開咖啡廳來看,這種拉花仍有它的價值。</div>

所以拉花到底能讓咖啡增值多少?無論贊同還是反對拉花,正反兩方的論點都令人信服。只要不犧牲奶泡口感與口味,拉花就能帶給顧客更好的體驗,而且對業者來說,拉花是很好的行銷工具,但我個人認爲,我們自始至終都不該忘記這點:劣質咖啡不可能因爲優異的拉花升值,但優質咖啡能彌補醜陋的拉花。</div>
