最近，朋友圈不斷出現金華“咖啡陪你(Caffebene)”關門的消息。錢江晚報記者昨天證實，金華市區僅有的兩家“咖啡陪你”門店，目前都已停業。</p>

這兩年，“咖啡陪你”憑藉韓式風格、以及超級偶像張根碩、金秀賢帶來的粉絲經濟，迅速火遍全國。在金華人的印象中，“咖啡陪你”生意一直不錯，怎麼會突然關門呢?</p>
<p>

“咖啡陪你”門店已成特賣場</p>
<p>
(資料顯示，“咖啡陪你”創立於2008年，在韓國擁有900多家門店，短短几年，就將星巴克在韓國的市場份額壓縮到15%。</p>
<p>
2012年，“咖啡陪你”進入中國後迅速擴張。至2014年底，全國門店已達600多家。)</p>
<p>
金華市區的兩家“咖啡陪你”門店，分別位於金華第一百貨江北店和萬達廣場，開業至今都不到兩年。</p>
<p>
在江北一百，錢江晚報記者看到，原“咖啡陪你”門店已經改造成一個特賣場，門店後門貼着一張通告，稱“業主出國”，有事請與一倪姓工作人員聯繫。</p>
<p>
根據通告上的電話，記者聯繫了倪先生。對方表示，自己只是一名設備管理人員，“我已經不在店裏做了，不知道爲什麼會留我的電話。”</p>
<p>
倪先生說，如果有事，只能直接去找“咖啡陪你”總部。</p>
<p>
而萬達廣場的“咖啡陪你”門店，目前已被另一家店取代。</p>
<p>
記者從江北一百和萬達廣場方面瞭解到，兩家“咖啡陪你”停業已有一個月左右，兩家店面的租約都還沒有到期。</p>
<p>
經營模式混亂，導致各門店品質不一</p>
<p>
(從今年年初開始，“咖啡陪你”不斷傳出關店、欠薪等消息。多地顧客反映，不同門店服務差異大，口味不一，促銷價格也不一樣。</p>
<p>
據媒體調查，“咖啡陪你”以中韓合資的方式進入中國市場，但去年由於股東之間經營理念不合，導致韓方撤資。之後，“咖啡陪你”在中國的資金鍊開始緊張，其執行總裁也在微信中自曝已經被公司欠薪8個月。)</p>
<p>
一位曾操作過“咖啡陪你”招商的金華業內人士告訴記者，“咖啡陪你”的經營模式包括直營、加盟、代理商合作經營等。</p>
<p>
“目前，採取合作經營或直營的店直接關閉了，倒是那些100%加盟的在繼續經營，因爲資金不會受到總公司影響。”</p>

這名業內人士說，以金華、義烏三家店“咖啡陪你”爲例，就分屬三種不同模式，“江北一百那家應該是直營店，所以總部宣佈關門，它也就結束營業了。萬達那家是代理商模式，而目前仍在正常營業的義烏‘咖啡陪你’，是加盟店。”</p>
<p>
他說，靈活的經營模式雖然利於“咖啡陪你”迅速擴張，但也直接導致了各家門店的品質不一。</p>

內行說</p>
<p>
獨特加盟方式，實際是“騙土豪的錢”</p>
<p>
(據瞭解，“咖啡陪你”門店中，95%以上都是加盟經營。其中，絕大多數又屬於“受託創業特許模式”。即加盟者與”咖啡陪你“公司以49%對51%的股份出資合作開店，而加盟者將門店全權委託給咖啡陪你公司管理，自己坐享分紅收益。)</p>
<p>
金華多位業內人士告訴記者，“受託創業特許模式”是“咖啡陪你”高速擴張的主要動力，也是其矛盾爆發、迅速衰落的重要原因。</p>
<p>
以一家200平方米左右的門店爲例，如果加盟商選擇100%加盟模式，加盟商需投入300萬元。如果加盟商選擇和公司按49%和51%的投資分配，加盟商前期只需要投資150萬元左右。</p>
<p>
“你可以找幾個人合作，說白了，十幾二十萬你就可以做一個咖啡店老闆，大家當然願意。”金華一位咖啡店老闆說，“韓國人在包裝項目上面也非常厲害，比如請最紅的代言人，在電視上打廣告，知名度迅速提高，吸引大家來投資加盟。”</p>
<p>
不過，當“咖啡陪你”總公司出現經營困難，之前被隱藏的矛盾也凸顯出來。從去年開始，各地就陸續出現了加盟商抗議風波，稱加盟費存在標價虛高、虛設名目等問題。</p>
<p>
“一臺咖啡機，公司要你出十幾萬，懂行的人都知道，這種機器，真正價格也就8萬以內。說白了，就是騙中國土豪的錢。”一位瞭解內情的業內人士說，這樣的咖啡館，“不關門纔怪”。</p>
<p>
“咖啡陪你”的充值卡怎麼辦</p>
<p>
錢江晚報記者詢問了江北一百相關工作人員，她表示，由於金華兩家“咖啡陪你”採取了不同模式經營，兩家店的卡促銷活動也不同，因此，需要顧客分別處理。</p>
<p>
如果是在江北一百店辦的卡，可以找一百營業部工作人員諮詢退卡等相關事宜。“我們會處理好善後工作，不能讓顧客失去信心。”</p>
<p>
萬達廣場方面，工作人員說，“咖啡陪你”老闆在關門前，自己和客戶進行了溝通。目前，所有充值卡都已經完成退款。</p>
