這認證課程包括了世界各地的咖啡生豆、熟豆以及到最後一杯咖啡的相關知識,堂上有42份來自世界不同產區的咖啡豆,作爲杯測的教材,讓學員瞭解各產區咖啡的風味。完成課程後,學員要經過一個5天共40小時的咖啡比對測試、酸度辨認、味覺門檻測試、杯測及咖啡生、熟豆辨識講解等20多項的測驗,纔可獲得美國咖啡協會(<a href="https://www.gafei.com/kafeirenzheng/20180114114983.html">SCAA</a>)頒發的杯測裁判證書。</div>

什麼是咖啡質量研究所認證品質鑑定師(CQI Q Grader)?</div>

要成爲咖啡質量研究所認證的品質鑑定師(Q Grader),必須通過爲期三天的考試。考試包括22個咖啡相關的章節,例如生豆的篩選、鑑識、分級的過程,咖啡杯測、感官技能和感官三角測量等,纔可被授權使用Q標誌和名稱。</div>
