	　　這家店位於北墨爾本，牆面刷白後依然露出了砌磚的縫隙，也是唯一保留的原來房子的痕跡。屋內的牆面畫上了簡單的彩粉畫，很有質樸的童趣。儘管屋外的牆面已經嚴重風化到難以補救，從外面看上去也不失爲一種特別的自然。</p>

	　　小屋的中心是用木材搭建的兩層工作區，樓上是儲藏間，樓下是開放的操作間和收銀臺。咖啡屋裏儘可能擺滿了桌椅，鼓勵客人們在這裏放鬆地一直坐下去。自然光照射在溫暖色調的牆面上，淡淡的工業感與都市的摩登味奇妙地融合在一起。</p>

	　　澳大利亞的墨爾本是有名的移民城市，也被稱爲咖啡之都。自上世紀 50 年代，意大利的咖啡機傳入澳大利亞，靠近海邊的墨爾本就培養了強大的咖啡市場。對他們來說，咖啡不僅是一種飲料，也是聯絡感情的地方，不同的咖啡店也會將咖啡師作爲招牌，擁有固定常客。所以，來自美國快餐文化的星巴克纔會在墨爾本乃至澳大利亞都屈指可數，當地人稱他們的口味早就養得非常挑剔了。</p>
<p>
	　　咖啡老店深深紮根在當地的文化中，新開的咖啡店也要尋找自己的特色。這家 Code Black coffee 就是頗具實驗性質的品牌，對黑色藝術和技術感興趣。從他們的 LoGo ，一個插着花帶着微笑的黑骷髏頭，就可看出嘻哈風格。搭配着咖啡屋有意佈置的機械裝飾，非常吸引年輕人。不僅如此，他們還非常注意咖啡的品質，從農場挑選高質量的咖啡豆進行烘焙，打造健康的形象。</p>
