<p>
在《美國之聲》節目(VOA)做出的一份調查中顯示，近來越來越多中國人正轉向另一種飲品——咖啡。咖啡已經越來越受到生活在國外以及國內大城市的中國人的歡迎，同時，它也是雲南南部山區一種頗受歡迎的作物。在北京、上海這樣的大城市，咖啡店在大街小巷似乎隨處可見。這種咖啡經營着來自世界各地的咖啡品牌，諸如美國的星巴克、韓國的咖啡陪你等等。VOA採訪了一些在美國的中國女性從而瞭解到她們搬到美國後是否轉變了品飲習慣，問題如下：</p>

咖啡還是茶?你更喜歡喝哪種飲品?</p>
<p>
飲茶在中國和日本等許多亞洲國家早已濃縮到文化和傳統中。但這正在改變嗎?亞洲的年輕人現在是不是更愛咖啡而不是茶?</p>

蘇女士來自中國，她在美國已生活8年之久。在此之前，她還在意大利生活了兩年。VOA在華盛頓特區附近的一家越南面館採訪了她。蘇女士表示她對茶的愛絕對忠誠，只是又補充說，如今中國的年輕一代可能並非如此。VOA記者安娜問：“你愛喝咖啡還是喝茶?”蘇道：“我愛喝茶。”“你是否認爲中國人越來越愛喝咖啡?”蘇說：“我認爲他們肯定越來越愛喝咖啡，畢竟年輕一代人喜歡喝咖啡。”</p>
<p>
許多中國年輕人更多地將咖啡作爲社交飲品。林女士生活在美國，但她來自中國著名的茶鄉福建。她以前在中國只喝茶，但現在她兩種都喝。“我想說我回到中國時絕對喜歡喝茶，”林女士說，“但你知道，如今在星巴克和各式各樣品牌咖啡的影響下，我對咖啡和茶是同等地喜歡。”</p>

林還表示，喝咖啡對她來說是一種社交活動，她和她的同事喜歡坐在咖啡廳邊喝邊聊;而茶葉更多的是關於家庭的回憶。她在產茶大省福建省長大，在自己兒時的記憶中，常常晚上全家人坐在一起，泡上一壺熱茶，聊聊白天發生的事情。所以現在，即使只是一縷福建茶葉的香氣，也能讓她在腦中重溫起這些溫暖的家庭剪影。</p>
<p>
Voyo是另一位目前生活在華盛頓特區的中國女性，她說在搬到美國之後她的口味變了——成爲“咖啡皈依者”，也就是更愛喝咖啡的人。</p>
<p>
她說：“我在來美國之前喜歡喝茶。但現在我愛喝咖啡，實際上我越來越成爲一位重度咖啡愛好者。我從每天喝一杯發展到喝三杯，一天不喝都會頭痛。”</p>
<p>
北京咖啡行業協會曾公佈過這樣的信息：中國平均每人每年喝5杯咖啡。這一數字遠遠低於每年240杯的世界平均水平。但該協會預測，未來中國人飲用咖啡的量會以每年15%的速度增長。</p>
