其實就目前而言,咖啡師還是一個不太被大多數人所瞭解的行業,很多人以爲在吧檯內製作咖啡的人員就是咖啡師,其實這樣的論斷是不大準確的,一個合格的咖啡師不但是能製作咖啡的技術操作者,其更是一個懂得品評,鑑別咖啡,懂得咖啡禮儀和文化的藝術家.可以毫不誇張的說,咖啡師就是咖啡的載體.</p>

如果僅僅是從吧檯這一方面來說,咖啡製作者並不是供不應求,因爲這樣的人顯得太多,但真正的咖啡師,並不一定都是在吧檯內製作咖啡的人,他們更多是作爲咖啡生產,銷售的推廣者和咖啡文化歷史的傳播者.就一般而言一個合格的咖啡師是能夠勝任在吧檯內的工作的,但咖啡師並不是僅僅從事吧檯服務的人.</p>

近幾年來，咖啡行業發展越來越快，咖啡師缺口越來越多，從而也因爲行業發展過快而導致行業人才良莠不齊，很多入行的人開始困惑，走這條路到底對嗎? 這個行業的職業生涯到底能走多遠?很多老闆也同樣困惑，什麼樣的人才是他們需要的?咖啡行業的幾個發展方向，供大家參考。</p>
<p>
1： 職業咖啡師</p>
<p>
首先一個合格的咖啡師不但是能製作咖啡的技術操作者，也是一個善於和顧客溝通的文化傳播者;所以你需要有足夠技術能力做背景支撐，因爲那可以確保你做好每一杯咖啡，你也需要足夠開朗和善於交流的能力，因爲那樣你可以向顧客傳播咖啡文化以及增進你和他們的感情。</p>

2： 咖啡館店長</p>
<p>
從事一名合格的咖啡館店長，那你最好對咖啡吧檯的出品都有一定的認識和了解，如果一樣能熟練操作，那是最好不過了。當然店長在咖啡技術上其實要求不需要太高，日常的店面運營需要了解吧檯管理、人員管理、採購調配、營銷推廣等等這樣那樣的事宜， 往往在一些中小規模的咖啡館這些可能都需要店長逐一管理，所以這需要你擁有足夠全面的職業技能和成熟的心智。</p>

3： 咖啡培訓師</p>
<p>
隨着咖啡館開店數量逐年增加，那麼對咖啡培訓機構的需求來說也會越來越多，所以咖啡培訓師這個職業也會越來越需求。那麼什麼樣的人可以從事咖啡培訓師呢?衆所周知，培訓師一定是技術優秀者，但你一定要會教，一定要有親和力，一定會把枯燥的學習內容變的生動，當然如果你擁有某某證書、某某比賽名次那肯定是錦上添花的啦。</p>
<p>
4：咖啡烘焙師</p>
<p>
製作咖啡需要什麼?咖啡豆。咖啡館大多都希望使用新鮮烘焙的咖啡豆，那麼咖啡烘焙師這個職業需求也會越來越多， 但是這個細分行業對烘焙技術的要求是相當的高，需要足夠豐富的烘焙經驗，否則很難有穩定的出品，或很難有長久的發展。當然某些大型工廠需要的只是咖啡烘焙操作員，你只需要按照工位卡的要求操作就好。</p>

也許以上的技能您能熟練掌握其一，你可能會去當老闆投資開一家咖啡館，這時候你就選擇了一條創業的路，那麼你一定要有足夠的耐心和信心運營你的咖啡館，儘量做到專業的事情交給專業的人去做， 當然如果是個人獨立咖啡館，你則需要有樂觀開朗的性格做支撐，因爲創業的痛苦和快樂都將您自己承擔。</p>

6：咖啡銷售員</p>

開店需求越來越多，那麼從事咖啡貿易的人才需求同樣增長，但是銷售行業需要注意的是，這個行業是靠業績說話，沒有太多的底薪，如果您對自身的交際能力有信心，能夠快速瞭解市場以及捕捉商業機會，那麼恭喜你，你可能能夠勝任這個職業。</p>

7：咖啡館職業經理人</p>

以前有個傳統業務叫承包吧檯，我覺得日後應該會改良爲咖啡館職業經理人，他不光是隻負責吧檯出品，還應該包括店面運營，店主請你來不只是爲了出品，而是爲了在出品優良的前提下將整個店面的業績有一個整體的提升， 這裏需要你熟練的使用社會化文案營銷、視覺傳達、出品創新、活動策劃等等這些方案，將合理的投入轉化爲有效的營收。</p>
<p>
8：咖啡設備維護師</p>
<p>
咖啡機及各種設備保有量越來越多，售後問題也將日益凸顯，市面的廠家售後質保大多一年，那麼一年後的設備保養市場也將趨於火熱，很多地區的職業售後人員非常緊缺，不少喜歡電子機械方面的咖啡師可以考慮這方面的技能，後期也可有改裝等增值業務開展的可能。</p>
<p>
9：專業咖啡豆買手</p>
<p>
這個需要你有足夠資深的杯測水平與資源渠道，幫助咖啡館或需求者尋找他們需要的生豆或熟豆。</p>
<p>
咖啡種植、咖啡豆品種研究、咖啡豆期貨、咖啡周邊、西點、雞尾酒等等，其實只要您對這個行業有足夠多的信心，學以致用，就一定能找到正確的方向。</p>
