	　　央廣網財經12月3日消息(記者張奧)據經濟之聲《天下公司》報道，《公司人俱樂部》第一波跨界體驗，有來自金融、互聯網的多位小夥伴隨編輯一起去到北京最大的一家星巴克去探店。</p>
<p>
	　　嘉裏中心的星巴克有兩層樓，因爲是旗艦店，這裏裝修很特別，有粗獷的原木、粗麻繩，還有中式的水缸、磁凳、糕點模具裝點其中。附近寫字樓很多，來這裏coffe break，談生意的人也很多，我們跨界體驗的公司人小夥伴有星巴克店長帶領，在人羣中格外顯眼。</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：我叫ruby，在旁邊財富中心工作，做審計工作的。</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：我叫管子熙，在永安裏那邊有幫保險工作，對咖啡廳比較感覺興趣。</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：你好，我是楊鵬，是鵬博士做互聯網接入的，我工作地點有點遠，在雍和宮，但是工作性質是銷售，所以每天出入寫字樓，而且有可能和客戶交談的時候，有咖啡廳去咖啡廳。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克咖啡大師：大家好我是這家門店的一名夥伴，今天很高興爲大家帶來聖誕的coffee tasting，這款咖啡本是我們聖誕節推出一款咖啡，那麼這款咖啡有一個最大的特點，就是我們使用了陳年印尼的咖啡豆，挑選最好的咖啡放到新加坡然後去經過陳放3年，它的香氣會變得更加濃郁，會出現那種雪松的味道。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克咖啡師每天喝一斤咖啡</p>
<p>
	　　冬天裏來到星巴克，當然要先喝一杯了，星巴克的咖啡大師Kevin手工沖泡聖誕季的咖啡，磨好的咖啡豆放在玻璃容器上方的過濾紙裏，隨着Kevin將熱水慢慢倒下來，陣陣的咖啡香氣撲鼻而來。</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：我不太懂，我們覺得感覺味都差不多，您是怎麼分辨咖啡的好壞?</p>
<p>
	　　咖啡大師：實際當中都有這個過程，我們喝咖啡13年，前10年我跟你感受是一樣的。我也不能分辨咖啡的好壞，但是就是它也是有一個進階的階段，從開始的速溶到後來家用的那種機濾機煮制，它們會剛開始喝就是不夠濃，但是到了後來，你喝的越來越多，你就會發現一種什麼情況，一杯咖啡和另外一杯咖啡的區別，比如說喝咖啡的時候就會發現有其他的香氣在裏面，原來咖啡不光是有苦的，還會有那種帶酸度的，身心很愉悅的很甜甜的那種酸，再喝一陣我們發現有一個東西叫香氣，果香或者類似於巧克力。</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：天天這麼喝晚上睡的着覺嗎?</p>
<p>
	　　咖啡大師：還行，我們也就是一天喝一斤多點。</p>
<p>
	　　大家刨根問底下，小夥伴們問出了咖啡大師Kevin原來是鋼琴調音師，因爲特別喜歡咖啡，他後來加入星巴克成爲了一名咖啡師，現在除了在店裏和客人們做咖啡手工沖泡、研究怎麼把咖啡做得更加美味之外，他還會定期做咖啡講座。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克鼓勵門店個性化 希望多在店裏停留</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克總部位於西雅圖，成立於1971年，是世界上最大的咖啡連鎖集團，他們有自己的咖啡豆產區，門店有wifi、有咖啡、甜品和馬克杯賣，他們從不打廣告，但品牌認識度很高，還有很多重度&ldquo;星粉&rdquo;，每天要喝上一杯。</p>
<p>
	　　對於星巴克的經營之道，參加《公司人俱樂部》跨界體驗的小夥伴們問題又來了：</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克店長：你好我叫羅寶君，英文名John，我是這家門店店經理，歡迎你們來到我們這家門店。</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：星巴克因爲是連鎖的，它可以裝修風格不一樣嗎?</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克店長：基本上現在你會發現所有開店的星巴克沒有完全一樣的，比如像其他一些品種，叫連鎖完全統一的，星巴克要求是那種比較崇尚自由的，不拘於一些標準複製的感覺，能讓顧客感到很輕鬆，所以沒有必要每家店設計一模一樣，但是整體的大概，該有什麼絕對會有的。</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：我覺得這個就是一個標準化和個性化的問題，店裝修風格可以由自己個性化的這些因素，包括員工每個店會和每個店會不會不一樣，好像在外國星巴克比如去買咖啡它會寫上顧客的名字。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克店長：是這樣，其實星巴克致力於讓客人享受有個性化的服務，像您說那個名字，其實現在我知道北京很多門店也在執行，就是其實爲了讓夥伴記住客人的姓名，他喜歡的飲料是什麼，目的是什麼，爲了讓您下次來的時候，某某先生您還是喝您那杯飲料嗎?這樣感覺讓到這杯咖啡是專門爲您做的。因爲有一些客人有一些特殊的要求，比如說不要奶油或者多家一些糖漿，或者說換成脫脂奶，不要奶沫，我能記住您的愛好，下次您不用再說這種話，還有就是我們這家門店夥伴的着裝，其實就是每個夥伴沒有一模一樣的，都是要求夥伴自己去挑買他所自己喜歡的風格，但是要求能讓客人感覺很舒服。要求帶着小禮帽穿着襯衫。</p>
<p>
	　　雖然喝着星巴克，但是小夥伴兒們一點沒有被星巴克收買，不時還有非常尖銳的問題。</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：因爲其他人以前問過，星巴克的凳子特意做的，不能讓顧客坐時間太長，說它比較硬，今天我特意觀察了一下，這個椅子倒是不硬了，後背硬而且矮，是不是真有這個原因。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克店長：您這個問題我還真沒聽說過，我知道您說的那種高巴椅，其實您可能我個人覺得那個設計是非常好的，它是絕對按照你人體的力學設計的角度，其實非常舒服，它雖然很硬但是坐起來是很舒服的。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克一直認爲他們提供的是區別於家庭、公司的第三空間，它的環境、桌椅都與工作和家庭場所不同，讓大家完全放鬆，很多客人很喜歡木腳蹬，一坐一下午和咖啡師聊天，星巴克歡迎客人多呆會，只不過很多門店都開在寫字樓下面，不過上班族大多是take away。</p>
<p>
	　　來自公司的小夥伴，有保險公司、有通訊公司的銷售、還有四大的審計，他們提問也各有角度：</p>
<p>
	　　公司人：店內用餐的話，很多咖啡店會給磁杯子，但星巴克很多都是紙杯，感覺少了點情調。</p>
<p>
	　　星巴克店長：公司包括我個人特別倡導客人如果在店用的話，建議使瓷杯，一是爲了環保，二是爲了一杯咖啡，瓷杯喝起來是有重量感的的話，星巴克倡導環保，還有一個舉動就是如果客人拿着自己的杯子，可以有兩塊錢的折扣的，這也是支持環保方式之一。</p>
<p>
	　　大家感興趣的還有星巴克店員的福利，星巴克的店員每天工作時間可以喝兩杯免費的飲料，另外還有額外的飲料券可以送給家人和朋友。更重要的是不論是兼職還是全職的星巴克店員都有星巴克咖啡豆股票，分享公司的收益。</p>
