8月2日,濟南首家衆籌24小時書店睿丁島生活美學書吧開張,開業之初人均客流量達300人;9月16日,省內最大書城正式營業,此前一週的試營業創下150多萬營業額。與此同時,濟南首家獨立書店品聚書吧正醞釀在和諧廣場開設第三家分店。如此紅火的景象,與幾年前蘊秀書坊、三聯書店、致遠書店相繼歇業形成鮮明對比。</p>
<p>
業內人士認爲,經過陣痛和調整,濟南甚至全國實體書店都出現回暖跡象。</p>
<p>
近期有多個書店開業</p>
<p>
9月10日,山東書城開始試營業,16日正式營業,開業一週營業額超過150萬。“能創下這樣的銷售額,在新開書城中屬於較高的,考慮到七天中只有兩天的週末,其餘都是工作日,能取得這樣的銷售業績的確超出我們預期。”濟南市新華書店營銷部主任袁雪稱,18日、19日晚上由於限時打折,預計還將迎來一輪井噴。</p>

記者瞭解到,濟南首家獨立書店品聚書吧也在醞釀在和諧廣場再開分店,加上已有的恆隆店、高新店,成爲濟南首傢俱有連鎖店的獨立書店。“在不到兩年的時間裏連開三家店,說明我們對圖書市場仍有信心。”“品聚書吧”總經理林雨表示。此前,8月2日,濟南的首家衆籌24小時書店睿丁島生活美學書吧正式在千佛山路1號CCPARK4層開業。</p>

開卷圖書零售市場分析報告會今年年初發布的一份檢測數據顯示,在網上書店保持高速增長的同時,實體書店也於去年出現了整體回暖的現象,2014年,國內圖書零售渠道整體市場增長率達到10%左右,其中實體書店在經歷了連續兩年的滑坡以後,首次恢復增長,年銷售額達343億元,同比上漲3.26%。</p>

電商衝擊出“書店+”模式</p>
<p>
濟南愛書人還記得,2012年前後,作爲濟南人文風景的三聯書店濟南分銷店和致遠書店相繼關門,一批實體書店關門謝客,整個濟南書市一片低迷。</p>
<p>
“不管是國營書店還是民營書店,同樣面臨互聯網的衝擊,房租、人力、水電等成本壓力,讓我們不可能和網上書店比價格,只能線下拼體驗。”袁雪說,實體書店在受網絡衝擊的同時,也在調整定位,多元經營,舉辦線上線下活動,帶給讀者多元化的體驗和服務,也爲書店帶來客流、銷售的增長。</p>

新華書店雖然一直在盈利,但是從2012年起確實隨着整個圖書市場大環境,銷售收入增長放緩,國字號的新華書店也是從那時開始轉路子。古舊書店重新開張、教育書店提升改造,東圖改成超市開間形式,新華書店重新裝修,提早謀劃讓新華書店實現了“逆勢增長”。</p>

與此同時,品聚書吧(兩店)、很像書店、阡陌書店、古柳書屋等“非典型性”書店相繼開業,圖書+咖啡+文化沙龍+文創產品的經營形式,爲市民帶來新的閱讀體驗。</p>
<p>
實體書店看到新生機</p>
<p>
“政府大力提倡全民閱讀,特別是新一屆政府提倡學習,這對企事業、市民是個好的引導。”袁雪稱,近年來她明顯感覺到企事業單位採購量增大。</p>
<p>
“濟南圖書市場梳理一下,其實空白很多,例如濟南的一批唱片發燒友,港臺、英文原版圖書愛好者,有的要去北上選購,其實本土完全可以做這塊。”濟南市新華書店副總經理呂東麗說。</p>
<p>
而品聚書吧則是在倡導全民閱讀、呼喚實體書店的背景下,在高新區減免房租的扶持下,才能保證收支平衡。書店採用會員制,不同級別會員享受不同折扣,通過線上線下活動培養讀者黏性,通過文創產品、咖啡簡餐等增加收入。</p>
