	　　最近，瑞典科學家的一項新發現在微博上熱傳，轉發近千次。微博指出，如果女孩每天喝咖啡超過三杯，她們的乳房就會變小。腫瘤研究人員通過檢測發現，半數女性體內含有一種特殊基因，因爲這種基因，當她們攝入咖啡因時，乳房就會縮小，而且還能有效預防乳腺癌。事實是不是這樣呢?昨天，記者詢問了研究基因和乳腺方面專家，其表示，因人體中有代謝基因，身體對於咖啡因的吸收代謝速度不同，造成不同的代謝反應，是有可能會導致胸圍縮水，但與每天喝咖啡的數量無關，且天天喝咖啡會增加患乳腺癌的風險。</p>
<p>
	　　喝三杯咖啡就能縮胸</p>
<p>
	　　研究不靠譜</p>
<p>
	　　這項研究對近300名女性進行了檢測。但是隆德大學的海倫娜&middot;金斯洛姆表示，女性沒有必要因爲這一研究結果整天提心吊膽。</p>
<p>
	　　她解釋說，喝咖啡的女性不必擔心她們的乳房會在一夜間變小。乳房雖然會變小一些，但是並不會完全消失。如果誰想根據女人的胸罩尺碼判斷哪些人喝咖啡，那麼最終他會大失所望。胸罩有兩個尺寸，一個是罩杯大小，另一個是胸罩的周長，因此很難根據胸罩斷定哪些女人喝咖啡。</p>
<p>
	　　相反，雖然咖啡因可能會使女性的乳房縮小，但是喝咖啡的男性卻會出現另一個結果，他們的&ldquo;乳房&rdquo;會增大。研究同時發現，咖啡因也有有益的一面，它有助於降低女性患乳腺癌的風險。</p>
<p>
	　　查閱原文發現，這項研究被髮表在《英國癌症雜誌》上。與微博原文不同的是，瑞典隆德大學科研人員的這項研究所發表的相關論文裏，其實還提到了很重要的兩種CYP1A2*1F基因。有了它們，才讓咖啡攝取與胸部大小，存在不同的影響結果。</p>
<p>
	　　論文中提到，在1996年到2006年之間，研究者通過對269名健康女性生活習慣的調查、檢測CYP1A2*1F基因類型，並收集她們胸部大小的數據，對這些數據進行統計分析。發現存在CYP1A2*1F C-allele基因的實驗對象，每天喝大量咖啡的女孩，乳房比喝咖啡少的女孩要小;而存在CYP1A2*1F A/A基因的實驗對象，攝入咖啡的多少與乳房大小則幾乎沒什麼關聯。</p>

	　　&ldquo;這樣的調查研究，結果只是發現了一部分人的咖啡攝入量，與胸部大小表現出相關性。並不能說明每天喝3杯咖啡，就能導致胸部縮小。&rdquo;浙醫一院基因科主任齊鳴認爲，按照微博原文的結論，需要進行三組對照實驗：一組人每天喝3杯咖啡、一組人每天喝1杯咖啡、一組人什麼也不喝。除此之外，還要求這三組人的飲食、生活作息完全一致。這些實驗內容，在相關論文裏卻完全沒有提及，因此這一研究並不靠譜。</p>

	　　&ldquo;我們的身體確實存在控制乳房大小的基因，比如身高、體重、相貌、身體特徵，都是由多個基因共同參與形成的。&rdquo;浙醫一院基因科主任齊鳴的工作，就是專門和基因打交道。雖然沒聽說過咖啡可能導致縮胸的傳言。但他告訴我，《英國癌症雜誌》那篇論文裏，提到的CYP1A2*1F類基因，是個大家族，有很多分支成員，與人體代謝息息有關。比如每個人喫下去的食物、藥物，經過肝臟和腎臟，代謝進度有快有慢，甚至可以相差三百多倍，都是這類基因在控制。</p>

	　　&ldquo;如有些人喫同一種食物或藥物，喫常規劑量沒用，要喫普通人的好多倍纔有效，有的人則剛好相反，喫一點點就有很大的反應，這就是這類基因的神奇之處。&rdquo;齊鳴推斷，每天喝咖啡是有可能讓胸圍縮水，那是因爲可能身體對咖啡因的吸收代謝速度不同，在身體一定的病理情況下，造成了不同的代謝反應，導致乳腺變小。</p>

	　　胸部過於豐滿，感到胸前負荷過重的女性，可以嘗試用喝咖啡的方式來改善，因爲專家推斷咖啡在一定程度上，有幫助縮減胸部尺寸的功效。而加拿大女性健康中心，發表的一項研究指出，如果女性每天能飲用3杯咖啡，那麼乳腺癌的發病率將會降低25%至70%，即使有乳腺癌家族史的女性也是一樣。</p>
<p>
	　　市中醫院乳腺外科主任徐海濱告訴記者一個相反的答案：&ldquo;國外的流行病學調查已經證實，長期喝咖啡喝紅酒，會增加罹患乳癌的風險。&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　徐海濱說，如巧克力、咖啡等含有可可類的食物，有興奮作用，喫下去會刺激垂體分泌增加。每天喫，會增加患癌風險。</p>
<p>
	　　當然，他也提到，一般只有老外每天會喝大量咖啡，從飲食習慣來講，喝咖啡並不是我國老百姓的主要習慣。</p>

	　　採訪中，發現不少女性爲自己過大的胸圍煩惱，爲這個問題，記者專門請教了市中乳腺外科主治醫師楊歐歐。</p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;胸圍過大，一種是乳房本身大，還有一種是因爲韌帶鬆弛的乳房下垂。一般，罩杯在D以上的算過大，乳頭超過乳房下皺襞4公分的算下垂。乳房真的太大，可以服用抑制乳腺增生的藥物。但有的人其實是脂肪多，乳房的腺體並不多，這類人通過運動減肥瘦胸效果更好。對於乳房下垂的人來說，也可以做下垂懸吊術來整形。&rdquo;</p>
<p>
	　　楊歐歐說，想保持乳房健康，飲食最好偏素，因爲不少肉類可能含有餵養飼料中的激素，喫了容易引起乳癌。除此之外，保健品最好不要碰。</p>
<p>
	　　&ldquo;參類、燕窩、哈士膜(樹蛙的卵巢)，都含有雌激素，長期喫對乳房不利。&rdquo;楊歐歐說，除此之外，塑化劑對女性也是一大殺手，很多人習慣在汽車後備箱放一箱礦泉水，但現在的瓶子卻越做越薄，塑化劑很容易釋放，喫下去肯定對乳房不好。</p>
