“剛開業2個月，因顧客一句‘裝修得怪不好看’，老闆立即決定砸店重裝，這壕得也是沒sei了!”記者看到，這則爆料最早由一位名爲“自然咖啡”的博主發出，知名草根博主“萬州吧”進行了轉載，旋即引發衆多網友熱議。截至記者發稿，超過300人對此事件進行了評論轉發或點贊。</p>

萬州某新店開張試運營不到兩個月，因顧客吐槽“毫無特色”，幾位合夥人乾脆將新店砸掉重裝，首期投入的180萬裝修費也基本上“打了水漂”。這個在很多人看來十分瘋狂的決定，在被上傳至微博之後，引發網友熱議。是故意炒作，還是真的確有其事?</p>

當事人：“主要是客人吐槽店鋪裝修風格”</p>
<p>
昨日，記者找到了店鋪主人、這家咖啡廳的合夥投資人之一湯先生。他是一名“90後”，這家咖啡廳則是他和另外4位四位同齡好友共同投資開設的，五人都是萬州本地人。</p>
<p>
“沒辦法，客人吐槽裝修風格，只能狠心砸掉重裝。”湯先生告訴記者，咖啡廳面積一共有1000平米左右，從今年3月份開始裝修，7月份裝修完畢並開始試營業，裝修費花了180萬元左右，期間有超過10個客人對裝修風格提出建議。湯先生說，店鋪整體裝修風格屬於自然系，比較素雅清淡。隨着“提建議”的人越來越多，他開始反思這個問題。今年8月份，他第一次向其他幾位合夥人提議要重新裝修。</p>

合夥人：“第一次聽到要重裝，以爲他瘋了”</p>

“剛裝好就要砸掉重裝，換成誰都無法接受，畢竟花了那麼多精力和成本。”李先生是五位合夥人之一，他告訴記者，第一次聽湯先生說要砸掉重裝，大家都強烈反對，甚至懷疑他瘋了，“哪怕運營個一年半載重裝也好啊!”</p>
<p>
李先生說，湯先生隨後又多次召集合夥人開會商議，在他的情理攻勢和軟磨硬泡下，四位合夥人開始逐漸認同湯先生的方案。“開店做生意，如果客人對店鋪不滿意，那生意還怎麼做呢?”李先生說，最終五人狠下心決定重裝。說幹就幹，他們立馬找了設計公司重新設計。</p>

顧客：“太意外，擔心是不是我說錯了話”</p>
<p>
“真的很意外，說砸就砸了。”馮先生是萬州一家電子商務公司的銷售代表，是咖啡廳的常客，一週前從網上得知咖啡店正重新裝修。馮先生告訴記者，他還第一時間打電話和湯先生確認。</p>
<p>
“說實話，我還是有點兒擔心，是不是自己說錯話了。”原來，馮先生就是提建議的客人之一，他表示，第一次到湯先生的店裏，他就感覺店鋪風格沒啥特點。“真沒想到他們這麼勇敢，不過，我個人還是很支持。”</p>
<p>
施工方：入場後基裝全部砸掉重新裝</p>
<p>
“的確是全部砸了，重新裝修。”昨日，負責該咖啡店第二輪裝修的金魯裝飾工程有限公司負責人王師傅告訴記者，他的施工隊是本月1日入場開始施工。“5個包間全部重新佈局，地板和牆壁等基礎裝修都砸掉重新裝。”王師傅說，因爲房間格局改變，甚至連水電氣都是拆了重裝，保留部分軟件和廚房設備，“本次裝修，基裝部分的工程總造價在20萬元左右”。</p>
<p>
鄰鋪：店鋪確爲今年內第二次裝修</p>
<p>
“前段時間才裝修了，剛開張不久，又開始裝修。”李阿姨是咖啡廳隔壁“味之道”的服務員，她向記者證實，這家正在裝修中的咖啡廳，的確是今年第二次裝修了。而正在店鋪內打掃的清潔員吳女士也表示，這已經是最近幾個月，她第二次幫這家店打掃建築材料了，“不清楚具體情況，反正是第二次看到裝修隊施工了”。</p>

怎麼證明裝修花了180萬元?</p>
<p>
湯先生向記者發來了第一次裝修時與施工方萬州本地一家裝飾公司簽訂的合同：</p>
<p>
施工面積900平方米，工程總價31.8萬;</p>
<p>
再加上另一份補充協議，基裝的人工總價爲48.5萬。</p>
<p>
湯先生又向記者出示了一大疊費用報銷單，其中包含了諸如石材、水電氣改造等大大小小上百項費用：</p>
<p>
粗略計算，基裝部分的材料費總價72.6萬元;</p>
<p>
網購軟裝部分，網頁截圖顯示一共花了42萬元左右;</p>
<p>
再加上搬運費、消防以及弱電，有詳細記載的費用就超過175萬元。</p>
<p>
業內達人：1000平方米裝修花180萬在合理範圍內</p>
<p>
潘師傅是萬州本地一家裝飾公司的負責人，今年3月份開始爲湯先生的咖啡廳進行基礎部分施工，5月份左右完工。昨日，他向記者證實，基裝部分人工材料費的確有40多萬。</p>
<p>
從事裝修已有七八年時間的潘師傅告訴記者，咖啡廳總面積達到1000平方米，而一般店鋪裝修單價從1000到2000元每平米不等，“180萬的總裝修費算下來就是1700元/平米，在合理的範圍內”。</p>
<p>
昨日，業內知名設計師、重慶尚壹揚設計公司設計總監謝柯也向記者證實，按照目前的裝修成本，一家面積達1000平米的店鋪，裝修總價180萬元，的確在合理範圍內。</p>
