	　　打開淘寶，其實也不難發現耶佳的風味描述有多麼接近於水果，加上其恐怖的佔有率，乃至於一段時間我和朋友插科打諢都說啥時候給我整款百花齊放的耶佳雪菲，我無聊時更稱這款咖啡爲人類咖啡的終結者。當然關於終結者的論述也應該告一段落了，因爲接下去還是要講一下從耶佳的背後，我們所看到了第三波的趨勢究竟是什麼。</p>

	　　說得通俗一點，第三波的咖啡是爲了擬物化，爲了能讓咖啡的味道和水果，食物蔬菜掛鉤。如果與互聯網思維相比較，就是從&ldquo;所見即所得&rdquo;變成&ldquo;所見(描述)即所喝&rdquo;，&ldquo;所喝即所想&rdquo;。人們從第二波咖啡到第三波咖啡中最大的變化就是把&ldquo;喝一杯正宗的咖啡&rdquo;變成&ldquo;從一杯咖啡中喝出一點什麼&rdquo;。</p>

	　　這個最大的變化和這幾年來的互聯網思維則可以聯繫起來，互聯網思維最大的特點就是純粹，專注於做好一件事。這背後其實就是人們審美逐漸走向扁平化，就和專注於做好一杯咖啡一樣，看上去確實無可厚非。但是把一個具體的事物硬生生壓縮成一個個符號，把一個原本具體充實的事物硬生生分離，然後取出最容易分辨的一部分打扮一下，粉墨登場。</p>

	　　在越來越簡便的生活中，我們也有越來越簡單的咖啡器具，比如手衝，愛樂壓，並且我們讓這些設備變得越來越好看。但是本質上拿到的咖啡豆味道已經固定，再多的金盃萃取，三段論，TDI都沒辦法改變木已成舟的事實，再多所謂的科學數據，所謂的好喝，風味描述，我們也只是佔了咖啡製作這一環節。前期的種植，處理，烘焙我們都搭不上邊，更不要提自己真的去試多種不同烘焙法下的豆子表現。這個時候斷章取義的好壞，其實又擁有多少意義呢?</p>

	　　最後以一個小故事結束這篇文章，一次和朋友閒聊，朋友和我說起他進了一款怕卡馬拉，600多的進價，他一個顧客向他要豆子，他賣給別人半磅三百不到的價格，然而他那個顧客說賣得價格還是貴了，我也只能和朋友兩個苦笑一下，朋友說，豆子總共拿了幾公斤的價格而已，自己先試掉一公斤，這個成本算上去，其他自己的烘焙工藝的投入，還有運費這些，其實自己賺的也就是辛苦錢，尤其自己在做賣豆子之前，豆子就烘掉了許多，這些前期的投入難道還抵不過那幾十塊錢?</p>
