我們經常能看到有關咖啡城市排名的文章，不管排名的標準怎樣，也不管排出的名次是否讓你接受，這些排名都還是有參考價值的，毫無疑問，能上榜的城市的咖啡氛圍一定有特點。</p>

#10.亞的斯亞貝巴(埃塞俄比亞) AddisAbaba, Ethiopia：</p>

埃塞俄比亞是阿拉比卡咖啡的故鄉，擁有至少5000多個不同阿拉比卡咖啡品種，是咖啡的天然基因庫，也是全球第吳大咖啡生豆生產國(參閱 全球10大咖啡豆生產國)。巴西和哥倫比亞雖是全球第一第二大阿拉比卡咖啡豆生產國，但這兩個國家的阿拉比卡咖啡品種不過20來個(參閱 全球最珍稀咖啡：巴西鳥屎咖啡)。毫無疑問，埃塞俄比亞的咖啡最值得你品嚐(參閱 全球10佳咖啡豆生產國，在專家眼裏，埃塞的咖啡豆風味排名世界第一)。此外，埃塞俄比亞的咖啡生豆一半供本國人民自己享用，這在全球咖啡生豆生產國中，除巴西外也是僅有的(參閱 全球10大咖啡消費國)。傳統的埃塞俄比亞咖啡是手工(平板鐵鍋上)烘焙並用陶壺煮制，幾乎在亞的斯亞貝巴所有的餐館或咖啡店都可以喝到埃塞俄比亞咖啡，這絕對是咖啡愛好者不能錯過的最好咖啡體驗，特別是要體驗一下埃塞俄比亞的咖啡禮儀(Ethiopian coffee ceremony)。亞的斯亞貝巴有哪些咖啡館呢?去Tomoca ， Mokarara(當地人多稱之爲Harar Coffee shop)，Alem Bunna，Kaldi’s Coffee，Yeshi Buna 看看吧，一定會給你最地道的埃塞俄比亞咖啡享受 (5 of the Best Coffee Shops in Addis Ababa )(http://migrationology.com/2014/04/5-best-coffee-shops-addis-ababa-ethiopia/)。</p>

#9.溫哥華(加拿大)Vancouver,Canada</p>

溫哥華是個咖啡店、微烘商、咖啡佈道者、咖啡賽冠軍雲集的城市，人們喜歡喝“公平貿易”和“有機”咖啡，獨立個性小咖啡店更願意向咖啡愛好者展示手工製作器具和製作方法，比如虹吸壺啦、手衝咖啡啦等等。Milano咖啡館原來叫Vancouver 咖啡烘焙商， 是家有名的老店，咖啡曾多次獲獎。它的主拼配師BrianTurko將傳統的European espresso咖啡加以獨特改良後，帶給溫哥華Milano咖啡館。Milano咖啡館在意大利的國際咖啡杯測大賽上三次獲獎(參閱 加拿大最美濱湖小鎮Niagara-on-the-Lake)。</p>

#8. 維也納(奧地利) Vienna,Austria</p>
<p>
全球諮詢公司Mercer將維也納連續四年列爲生活品質最佳城市，不僅僅因爲其日益提高的生活標準、先進的基礎設施、很低的犯罪率，還因爲其悠久的歷史和文化。其中的文化就包含咖啡文化。實際上維也納喜歡給自己貼上時髦的“咖啡世界之都(CoffeeCapital of theWorld)”的標籤，聯合國教科文組織也將維也納的咖啡館列爲該城市遺產的重要組成部分。2012年，維也納舉辦了世界咖啡師錦標賽，新型的獨立咖啡館不斷湧現，Espresso咖啡飲品的品質不斷改善。此外，維也納還有許多傳奇老咖啡館，據說，“過濾咖啡”就是於1683年在ImperialCity發明的。中央咖啡館(CaféCentral)被認爲是世界上最美的咖啡館，Aida有大約30家店的連鎖店，是城中的咖啡愛好者朝拜的地方。</p>

#7雷克雅未克(冰島)Reykjavik, Iceland</p>
<p>
斯堪的納維亞擁有全球最高的人均咖啡消費量，雷克雅未克人只有將自己的臣民和訪客的咖啡味蕾伺候好，才能向自己交差。實際上，這裏的人對咖啡近乎瘋狂。LizClayton,是NiceCoffee Time一書的作者，他認爲Kaffitár這家較大的咖啡連鎖店最好，冰島的一些冠軍咖啡師出自這裏，咖啡店裏的咖啡器具五花八門、一應俱全，你可以隨意點任何咖啡，無論是Espresso還是各種單品咖啡。其它的名店還有 KaffismiðjaÍslands，特點是現場烘焙 (參閱 人均喝咖啡最多的是哪些國家? )。</p>

#6火奴魯魯(美國夏威夷) Honolulu</p>
<p>
可別讓夏威夷悠閒自在的文化矇住了你的雙眼，夏威夷對咖啡的態度可以非常嚴肅的。火奴魯魯是全美國人均擁有咖啡店數目第三高的城市，夏威夷是全美唯一一個種植咖啡的州，科納咖啡Konacoffee 就種在夏威夷的大島上,得益於火山爆發產生的火山土豐富的礦物質成分，科納咖啡舉世聞名 (參閱天堂的禮物─夏威夷咖啡 夏威夷咖啡與科納咖啡)。</p>

#5羅馬(意大利)Rome</p>
<p>
只要提到最佳咖啡城市，羅馬必定上榜。據CNN報道,意大利最好的一撥咖啡師把羅馬稱作自己的家，這是有道理的，因爲羅馬人每天要喝至少5杯Espresso咖啡，而且羅馬人還把咖啡館看作是殿堂廟宇。當你想到是羅馬人定義了全球咖啡飲品時，比如卡布奇諾、拿鐵瑪琪雅朵(Cappuccino,latte, and macchiato)都是意大利名稱，那麼在意大利品味咖啡就是一種令人神往的體驗。停下來喝杯咖啡，哪怕是站着喝，其實這很常見，遠比端着杯子邊走邊喝更常見。但是羅馬人喝咖啡可是有規矩的：下午不喝卡布奇諾。</p>

#4舊金山(美國加州三藩市) San Francisco</p>
<p>
舊金山的人均咖啡館數量位於美國個城市前列，名店很多，比如BlueBottle剛剛收購了Handsome咖啡，FourBarrel有虹吸吧檯卻不提供 Wifi。CaffeTrieste咖啡館從上世紀50年代起營業至今。舊金山的確是全球最佳咖啡城市之一。</p>

#3 臺北 (中國臺灣)Taipei, Taiwan</p>
<p>
臺灣的濃郁咖啡文化、衆多獨立小咖啡館是它多次被多家媒體列爲最佳咖啡城市榜單的主因。咖啡豆品質高，新鮮烘焙、慢工細活煮咖啡，都是這裏咖啡館的亮點。咖啡館諸如BarbieCafé, Paper Plane, 以及Melange都有衆多的追隨者。 臺灣的咖啡消費量自上世紀90年代以來增長了四倍，已經達到人均100杯/年.。這裏的獨立小咖啡館不光比拼咖啡的品質，更在比拼各家的創意飲品，喝到一杯讓你瞠目結舌或喜出望外的飲品並不奇怪。</p>

#2 墨爾本 (澳大利亞)Melbourne, Australia</p>
<p>
世界咖啡師大賽冠軍PeteLicata曾經說：在墨爾本你很難找到一杯不好的咖啡。這裏經常舉辦各種咖啡、葡萄酒、美食節，對於遊客來說，到了墨爾本必定要參加咖啡文化徒步遊，當地人則喜歡佔據北部的Axil咖啡館和南部的Dead ManEspresso咖啡館。毫不誇張地說，墨爾本是澳大利亞的咖啡首都 (參閱 澳大利亞與新西蘭的咖啡市場與咖啡文化)。</p>

#1 哈瓦那(古巴)Havana, Cuba</p>
<p>
有人說咖啡是古巴一日三餐的必需品。古巴的咖啡生產曾經一落千丈，但近來隨着經濟的復甦開始回暖，以滿足日益增長的市場需求。城裏的許多咖啡館提供的咖啡就是古巴Escambray和Sierra Maestra山上生長的，這也是全球最好的咖啡之一。哈瓦那是古巴的首都，英國廣播公司將它評爲世界十佳咖啡城市，世界各地的遊客蜂擁而至是很自然的事。在哈瓦那你可以隨處喝到古巴咖啡( cafécubano)，一種醇厚度很高的加糖咖啡。徜徉在哈瓦那的古城，靜坐於CaféEl Escorial和Café de lasInfusiones這樣的咖啡館，品嚐傳統的古巴咖啡，是一件留戀往返的完美體驗。</p>
