	在業界，有這樣一種招工方式：圈子裏的人，無比幸福，他們堅信萬衆一心、其利斷金;但圈子外的人，卻覺得這撥人拿着較低的薪水，居然還能如此幸福地工作。而這種&ldquo;親情式招工&rdquo;的代表企業就是鼎鼎大名的星巴克和海底撈。</div>

	毫不意外，中國是星巴克最大的海外市場。目前，我國約有570家星巴克，而它的野心是到2015年，這一數字達到1500家以上。爲此，星巴克平均每天開3家店，每天招進300名員工。</div>

	但這家國際知名品牌出手並不闊綽。在北京，它爲普通員工提供2000元~3000元的薪金，而店長也不到5000元。這樣的薪酬體系，客觀造成了星巴克一半以上的員工是兼職，而且人員流動非常快。</div>

	拿北京來說，每月兩三千元的薪水，&ldquo;北漂&rdquo;顯然無法接受。於是，星巴克喜歡當地員工。但星巴克如此快速的擴張，怎樣留住人才呢?星巴克員工小李表示，咖啡和星巴克文化，她都愛，在這兒工作她很舒服。</div>

	小李說：&ldquo;作爲勤工儉學，這裏再適合不過了，氣氛特別和諧。反正跟你平常見到的快餐行業不太一樣，很多學生來我們這兒挺開心的，我們都比較喜歡這份工作。&rdquo;</div>

	再來看&ldquo;親情派&rdquo;的另一代表企業&mdash;&mdash;海底撈。它總是從同一個地方招工，甚至是從同一個家族招工，因爲它相信，員工如果可以和親戚、朋友一起工作，自然就開心。此外，它每個月還會給優秀員工的父母寄幾百元錢，那些農村老人大多沒有養老保險，這筆錢就是他們的保險，反過來，他們會一再叮囑孩子在海底撈好好幹。很顯然，海底撈對自己的留人手法很自信，一本《海底撈，你學不會》的書因此而暢銷。</div>

	除了令人愉悅的情誼外，還有一點不可否認：星巴克和海底撈都在高速擴張，星巴克2015年要在中國開夠1500家分店;海底撈創始人張勇也曾說，60多家分店對海底撈而言遠遠不夠，他的目標是儘快達到2000家。企業高速擴張的同時，良好的職業願景、升職通道也擺在了星巴克和海底撈的每一名僱員面前。來源：中國網 付娜</div>
