說起咖啡，那辦公室的姑娘們可是愛得不要不要的，什麼摩卡啦、瑪奇朵啦、拿鐵啦，恨不得上班下班來一杯、開會討論來一杯，幹活累了再來一杯~啊嗚君身邊一天要喝3、4杯咖啡的姑娘絕對不在少數。</p>
<p>
但，有一天，曾經熱愛咖啡的姑娘</p>
<p>
.</p>
<p>
要當媽媽了(或已經當媽媽啦)......</p>
<p>
那麼問題來了: 姑娘們那到底還能喝咖啡麼?還能喝多少呢?要怎麼喝呢?</p>
<p>
1. 咖啡因對準媽媽和新媽媽真的有害麼?</p>
<p>
這個問題，估計姑娘們跟家裏人已經不知道爭論過多少次了。</p>
<p>
那咱們就先來看看咖啡對準媽媽和新媽媽到底有什麼影響?</p>
<p>
A. 隨着懷孕時間的增加，咖啡因在體內半衰期會增長!</p>
<p>
來自瑞士的Knutti博士發現咖啡因在未受孕女性中的半衰期平均值爲3.1小時，而孕後期35到38周的受孕女性半衰期爲10.5小時。雖然半衰期具體增長曲線是怎樣的仍有爭議，但增加的趨勢是肯定的啦。而且半衰期的增加可能會讓咖啡因在母體內累積，咖啡因的效應(心跳加快，興奮，失眠，胃口不佳等)也會趨於明顯。所以，越在孕期晚期喝咖啡，對胎兒造成不良影響的幾率越大。</p>
<p>
但是，但是!這不是準麻麻孕早期喝咖啡的理由哦~~~</p>
<p>
B. 咖啡因可以穿過胎盤，不僅讓你精神，還讓寶寶陪你一起“戰鬥”!</p>
<p>
胎兒的代謝系統非常不完全，無法對咖啡因進行代謝，所以任何劑量的咖啡因都有可能對胎兒造成影響。比如會影響胎兒的睡眠模式和胎兒在子宮內的運動模式，特別是孕後期的時候。所以當你覺得咖啡讓你更精神的時候，是因爲咖啡因升高了母體內兒茶酚胺的含量(腎上腺激素的一種，造成精神興奮，進入我們所說的“戰鬥模式”)，而寶寶也可能受到咖啡因的影響，陪你一起“戰鬥”。</p>
<p>
C. 懷孕期間水份需求增加，而咖啡因卻有利尿作用!</p>
<p>
咖啡有利尿的作用，而且懷孕期間水份的需要又會增加，因此爲了防止脫水，含咖啡因飲料的攝入量需要被控制，同時，儘量多喝點兒水。</p>
<p>
另外，咖啡類飲料摩卡、焦糖瑪奇朵的熱量都老高了，不利於保持美美的身材，會離辣媽越來越遠。(回覆辣媽查看辣媽養成祕籍)</p>
<p>
D. 咖啡因也是可以直接進入母乳，被寶寶喝掉的!</p>
<p>
在餵奶時，咖啡因很有可能隨母乳一起被寶寶喫到，如果家裏寶寶餵奶後出現了煩躁，那麼麻麻們仔細回憶一下是不是今天含咖啡因的飲料喝多了?!所以哺乳期咖啡因攝入也得控制。</p>
<p>
最後，大家特別關注的問題：</p>
<p>
E. 咖啡因會引起胎兒畸形或者流產嗎?</p>
<p>
很多動物實驗發現，咖啡因可能會引起胎兒畸形，早產，流產，出生兒低體重和降低生育率等風險。不過目前並沒有充分的來自人體實驗的學術證據可以證明孕婦咖啡因的攝取與流產，早產以及胎兒生長滯後等直接有關。</p>
<p>
但是!</p>
<p>
綜合有限的科學證據和出於安全的考慮，美國婦產科醫師協會還是建議孕婦限制咖啡因攝入在(請跟我一起默唸)</p>
<p>
每日200毫克以下!</p>
<p>
後面會給大家介紹200mg是個神馬概念。</p>

2. 給準媽媽和新媽媽的咖啡飲用指南：</p>
<p>
知道了每日200mg以後，是不是就按照這個標準控制咖啡攝入就OK了呢?!</p>
<p>
Too Simple!Too Naive!!</p>
<p>
碳酸飲料，茶，巧克力，甚至一些感冒藥，治頭痛的藥裏面都有咖啡因。所以孕期除了咖啡以外，這些飲料、食物、藥物都得注意，怎麼注意，下面這張表告訴你：</p>

注：數據僅供參考，每杯咖啡用了多少咖啡豆研磨以及品種均因人而異哦，具體飲品的咖啡因含量請見購買食物包裝或詢問店員</p>

所以，配合每日200mg的限制，一天一杯星爸爸的摩卡就差不多了，如果你還喜歡喝點兒茶、喝點兒可樂，那......換中杯或小杯吧。</p>
<p>
來來來，最後總結一下我們的建議：</p>
<p>
A. 不超過每日200mg的上限，少量攝入是可以滴，不過孕期還是遠離咖啡因類飲料最好哦;</p>
<p>
B. 除了咖啡，記得把巧克力、可樂、茶裏面的咖啡因含量也算進去;</p>
<p>
C. 如果實在擔心，那麼可以跟店員說要低咖啡因或無咖啡因的，一般店員都會幫忙的;</p>
<p>
D. 除了孕期，哺乳期的麻麻也要限制咖啡因攝入;</p>
<p>
E. 喝咖啡因飲料的同時別忘了多喝水;</p>
