前陣子，杭州首家星巴克臻選店開業的消息刷爆了朋友圈。這是星巴克粉之間的“接頭暗號”：臻選店內可是有星巴克黑圍裙咖啡大師坐鎮喲!星巴克黑圍裙並不是誰都能穿的，需要經過層層考覈，有多年經驗才能晉級，據說他們能品嚐出咖啡豆是哪裏的、咖啡的酸度、醇度以及咖啡裏還添有哪些成分……如果你能喝到他們親手製作的咖啡，那麼，“天了嚕，交好運啦!”</p>
<p>
但，也許你並不知道，在“黑圍裙”之上，還有更牛的“咖啡色圍裙”，他們腰間圍繫着咖啡色圍裙，是比黑圍裙“咖啡大師”更高級別的咖啡公使。“咖啡色圍裙”在整個江浙滬也僅有6位，杜曉晶就是杭州資格最老的“咖啡公使”。</p>
<p>
比選秀還要刺激</p>
<p>
2009年，當時人們正圍着芒果臺的選秀節目不亦樂乎，而星巴克爲了激發夥伴熱情，強化專業知識，舉辦了咖啡公使挑戰賽。經過初試複試，杜曉晶在杭州地區脫穎而出，晉級決賽。至此，她的狀態有了新的提升，開始自行學習，鑽研手法。正是這場比賽，讓杜曉晶激發了熱情。</p>
<p>
當時的咖啡公使挑戰賽賽程、賽制嚴苛。經過N次篩選，最終只有12人有資格進入決賽，其難度不亞於任何一檔選秀節目。小小的咖啡豆，衍生出上百種花樣，上千種知識。整個江浙滬地區選出的星巴克咖啡公使也僅有6人，杜曉晶就是其中之一。</p>
<p>
也是這一年的5月，杜曉晶跟隨星巴克團隊前往印度尼西亞蘇門答臘島的咖啡原產地。拜訪的對象是與咖啡最親近的咖啡製造者們——咖啡農。她看到，每一顆豆子都經過播種、照料、手工採摘、去皮、乾燥等程序纔會出現在我們面前。而在這裏，每一杯咖啡的歷程是：在一個家庭農場中成長了9個多月;經過篩選，花費50多個小時使其均勻乾燥;咖啡豆已經過三次品嚐和測試確保質量;穿越萬里來到你的面前，最少有34雙手精心照料過這杯咖啡。“任何一位咖啡農都不會輕易浪費一顆咖啡豆。”她說，將這份“來之不易”傳播給大衆是咖啡公使的使命。</p>
<p>
塞翁失馬焉知非福</p>
<p>
咖啡公使失去視力後該如何面對接下來的人生?這並不是開玩笑，杜曉晶的確曾經雙目“失明”，成功繫上咖啡色圍裙之後，一場突如其來的眼疾使她的視力受到了極大的損傷，大部分時間只能感受環境的明暗。</p>
<p>
爲了治療眼疾，她向公司請了長假，但這並沒有阻止她成爲更好的自己。“失明”期間，曉晶被醫生要求長時間閉眼修養，她卻因此對咖啡有了新的領悟——看不到咖啡的顏色，但對咖啡的香味更加敏感。“這是一種人類的本能吧。在一項感官被封閉的時候，總會使其他感官更加敏銳。”</p>
<p>
摩卡的千迴百轉、拿鐵的甘美香甜、espresso的香醇濃郁……每款咖啡豆的細微差別，她都能通過敏銳的嗅覺體察到。她在黑暗中摸索，累積了經驗值。後來視力恢復，她也get了一般咖啡師沒有的絕技，就像武俠小說中的那些高手——大難不死，武功加倍。想喝到她親手製作的咖啡?悄悄透露給你們：杜曉晶常會在杭州教工路EAC門店出現噢!</p>

#花頭經#</p>

星巴克咖啡師圍裙制度，等級由低到高：綠色—黑色—咖啡色。下次去星巴克，記得關注一下咖啡師圍裙的顏色哦!</p>
<p>
綠圍裙 又稱爲“星級咖啡師”。他們熱愛咖啡、技藝高超、樂於分享。要成爲星巴克的“星級咖啡師”並不容易。他們必須在門店經過嚴格的培訓，培訓內容包括全面的咖啡理論知識和操作實踐。培訓之後，還必須經過具備資質的帶訓師的認證考覈，堅持刻苦訓練、全情投入，才能最終獲得“星級咖啡師”資格，開始正式爲顧客製作飲品和提供純正的星巴克體驗。星級咖啡師將用他們的專業和熱情，爲顧客用心呈遞每一杯咖啡。</p>
<p>
黑圍裙 也稱爲黑圍裙咖啡大師。擁有更執着的熱情和更豐富的專業知識，認真學習咖啡大師手冊，提升拉花、手衝等製作技巧，通過嚴格考覈認證最終成爲黑圍裙咖啡大師。與衆不同的是，他們還將用自己的實際行動向夥伴和顧客提供咖啡教育，肩負起傳播咖啡文化的重任。</p>
<p>
咖啡圍裙 特殊稱號，星巴克咖啡公使，整個江浙滬僅有6位。他們是黑裙中的佼佼者，每2年一次評定考覈。他們代表着在當時最熱情最優秀的星巴克咖啡大師。咖啡文化的傳播熱情以及專業程度上比黑圍裙更高，且擁有關於咖啡的個人特質才讓他們再次脫穎而出。相對的，這個稱號也需要強大的責任感與使命感。</p>
